Such a great location! 30 minute drive to Salt Lake City, just 2 minutes from the freeway, within 5 minutes driving to UVU , and 10 minutes to BYU. 4 LDS temples within a 10 minute drive, and 3 minutes away from the new orem temple. A few blocks from a huge sports park, Shopping, golf course, movie theater, and restaurants close by. Quiet neighborhood, and private parking!

Excellent spot for family to gather for a relative’s wedding. We live in New York, Michigan, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania and Virginia, so are seldom able to be all together. We enjoyed the various spaces to visit, play games, work on jigsaw puzzles and share meals. And the mountains all around are breathtaking.

Great family home

Our family had plenty of room to stretch out and rest. It is in a great neighborhood away from traffic and noise, but it is only a minute from the freeway and 10 minutes from BYU or downtown Provo. The kitchen is moderately stocked to prepare meals, which we did most nights.

Relief Society Retreat

We had a group of sisters come stay. Most came for the evening, dinner and games. Some stayed the night. The house was large enough to accommodate us comfortably. The garage and driveway provide plenty of parking. This was our second time staying here, we really like it.

Loved our stay here!

The host was so great about allowing us to have a small gathering. This house was perfect for our needs. There were plenty of places for people to sleep. There was a lot of space for gathering.

Wonderful family spot

We were in town for a funeral and family reunion and college campus tour. This home had the room we needed and was an oasis for us all the weekend. Lovely well taken care of home!

This home was perfect for our gathering of family from various states for a wedding. Plenty of beds for everyone, and yet spacious. Just as pictured and host was responsive and helpful.

Great location, dirty house

This home had a great location and was stocked with everything you need. However the home its self had a broken window, the deck was in poor shape, no fince for the yard and there is a very scary drop off, the outside grill was so gross, the outside seating was missing all its cushions, so they were not usable, grime in the bath tubs, under beds and furniture were very dirty. If we dropped something we trashed it! This home has such a great location but really needs a deep clean and some much needed repaires!

Great Family Stay In Orem!

The property was lovely and SPACIOUS even with our large family group! Plenty of parking spaces available including the garage. We definitely appreciated the wonderful air conditioning in the blistering Utah July heat! Kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with necessary items. We especially loved the location - a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, but very close to so many shops, restaurants, and attractions! Thanks for a fantastic home away from home base for our family's trip! We will definitely recommend it to anyone who might be needing a place for their next visit to Utah!

Fantastic location and great space. Very dirty.

We loved so much about this property. We loved the location, # of bedrooms, easy access to BYU/UVU, and the price. The owners were quick to respond to our need to find a temporary solution to locking the broken back door. However, the property was absolutely filthy. I will try to attach photos. The back door is locked with a 2x4, there is a visibly broken window in the kitchen, 3 fire alarms are missing batteries or off the wall, the primary bathroom toilet was surrounded by pee, no bathroom mats were cleaned, the carpets had not been vaccumed in a while, the floors were dirty, the fridge and freezer were really gross with spills and crumbs, the freezer had food stuck everywhere. It appeared as if someone had moved out and never cleaned. The baseboards were warped and dirt and pee and hair were stuck to them. The laundry room is not vented properly- it gets super hot. The walls have been touched up everywhere with paint that doesn’t match. Huge gouges in the walls. Dishes in the cupboard were dirty and we ended up buying disposable everything to not touch their things. The scrubby in the sink was pink and growing mold- we bought them a new one. We had to notify the owners that the porch light and 2 interior lights were out. The list is long. The house could be beautiful. But the cleaning and upkeep is lacking. Even though we loved the location, we will not be staying here again.
