*Location: Located on a quite, safe and walkable street surrounded by hobby farms yet only 5 minutes to local restaurants and groceries, 10 minutes to our local coffee roasters (Dynamite Coffee), brewery (Pisgah Brewing), Blue Ridge Parkway and 12-15 minutes to downtown Asheville, Black Mountain and Biltmore Estate.

*Accommodation: Very Clean, Cozy, Stylish, Private and Relaxing. WI-FI, Two Flat Screen SmartTV's , games, washer/dryer, fresh towels & linens, blow dryer, tea & coffee, toiletries: soap, shampoo, conditioner, AC/Heat, Fire Pit outside, huge deck for dinning, hammock and porch swing and over an acre to explore.

* Kitchen - the kitchen is fully equipped with new full size appliances, saucepans, chef's knives, microwave, wine fridge and dishes for 8 people. We also keep the pantry stocked with salt, pepper, quality olive oil and balsamic vinegar, organic coffee and tea. We love to cook and have set it up with everything we would need to prepare a special meal for friends and family. There is a large 8 seat farm table to gather around with family and friends...this is our favorite spot in the house.

*Bathrooms - There are two full bathrooms. The on-suite bathroom has a shower and the main bathroom has a tub/shower. If you are traveling with a baby we have a baby bath, crib, highchair and playpen for your use.

Parking: There is ample parking for 6 cars on the circular, private drive. You can park more cars with a bit of co-ordination.

*Cleaning: The space is professionally cleaned & immaculately prepared before your arrival. We use as many natural & organic products as possible.

If you are traveling with your friendly, small, well behaved & house trained dog please contact us before booking.

Fabulous home!
Comfortable beds, couches, and home with a fully equipped kitchen and well supplied bathrooms. So enjoyed the gated porch and fire pit as we watched the goats on the hill at sunset. Highly recommended!!!

Beautiful home!
This is the nicest home we have ever rented. The kitchen was fully stocked, there was plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 dogs, the fixtures and artwork were beautiful. Plus the location between Asheville and Black Mountain was perfect. We had a great week!

So Pleased
We could not have been more pleased with the house and surroundings. Set in a quiet area near farms, this beautifully appointed home offered seclusion and privacy with activities just a short drive away. It was colder than we expected, but our group of six found some lite hiking, good restaurants and a variety of shopping. The house was spacious enough for everyone to have a place to go if the needed a break and room enough for all to be together for family games. Each room was tastefully decorated, updated and appealing. The kitchen had up-to-date appliances and offered ease of use for meal prep. The yard was the perfect size for our dogs to explore. We hope to return!

Conveniently located between Asheville and Black Mountain with everything the area has to offer within a short 12-15 minute drive. Enjoy the vibrancy of the local sights and retreat to the quiet of the country at the end of the day.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We renovated the house for the enjoyment of our guests. Most everything is new but we recycled and repurposed as much as we could. You will find little touches like shiplap, reclaimed wood trim, original doors, custom light fixtures and original paintings by local artists. The property sits on just over an acre of rolling lawn, flower beds and mature holly, dogwood and beech trees. We have built a lovely porch swing, fire pit and expansive deck for you to spread out on, enjoy the sunset and unwind from the day.
