Each house features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, totaling six bedrooms, four bathrooms, two living rooms, two kitchens, & two dining rooms. The backyards are fully fenced, with a gate that opens between the houses for privacy & convenience. Experience the perfect blend of space & style for an unforgettable stay!

These homes are nicknamed "Modern" and "Nature," reflecting their unique decor. The photos are labeled accordingly.

🏠🏠 Individual Homes: We own these two identical homes next door to each other, available to rent individually also for smaller groups. Contact us with any questions.

🚗 Driveway, and Road: The road and driveway can be a bit narrow and steep in places. Please drive carefully. You are responsible for your vehicle and any potential damage to it or the landscaping. There is ample space to drive and park, but caution is essential.



🛏️ Occupancy and Fees: This open-concept apartment accommodates a maximum of 22 guests, only when including children. An additional $10 per person/ per night (including kids) will be charged for guests beyond 12.

🚗🔑 Garage Access: Not upkeep for guests, but may be available upon request.

🅿️Parking Limit: Up to 8 regular-sized cars or 4 cars and 2 oversized vehicle.


👶 Infants: We welcome infants, but please note we do not provide outlet plugs, foam guards, a crib, or a pack-n-play.



❄️ A/C & Heat: The thermostat is programmed to reset automatically at 10 AM and 5 PM daily, ensuring efficiency when the home is unoccupied. Feel free to adjust the temperature to your comfort when home.
