This spacious home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, along with convenient driveway and garage parking for up to 3 cars and additional street parking on a first-come, first-served basis (please avoid parking in front of neighboring homes). Inside, you'll find central air conditioning, high-speed mesh Wi-Fi, and a chef's kitchen perfect for group meals and entertaining. Sleeping arrangements include a primary suite with a king bed, smart TV, and en-suite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower; a guest suite with a queen bed, smart TV, and en-suite bath (also accessible from the hallway); a bunk room with two twin-over-twin beds; and a fourth bedroom with a full bed and twin trundle. Step outside to enjoy a private fenced backyard featuring a hot tub, cornhole, ping-pong, a gas grill, outdoor dining for six, fire pit seating, and an outdoor shower. A charming front courtyard with orange trees and lawn bowling adds to the relaxed coastal feel. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, beach chairs, and beach toys. Guests have access to the entire home except the garage and owner's closet.

Vacation Rental Contract
