With beautiful outside gardens the outdoor area is our pride and joy. There is a bar area outdoors. They are nearby vineyards to go wine tasting with friends and family. Our ranch is in the middle of Buellton and Lompoc. About 40 minutes north of UCSB and 60 minutes south of San Luis Obsipo.

Beautiful property

Home was lovely. We were in town for graduations and the house was perfectly placed between Cal Poly and UCSB. Also the outdoor area was a beautiful place for family get together after ceremonies. Just right!!

Beautiful property

A little difficult to find on Google Maps but the drive is worth it. The property with flowering plants and fruit trees is just wonderful. Inside is clean but dated.

Wine Country

Perfect place for us to attend the Jazz series at Kessler Hawk Vieyard. Top notch jazz. Jazz in the vines! Property was minutes away from everything.

UCSB Graduation Celebration.

Great property for outside celebrations! The front area is festive with a bar, seating area, and games. We commuted back and forth to Santa Barbara but it was worth it, as this place was a good value. Very basic paper products provided, not a lot of fluff. Property manager always got back to us asap with any questions or concerns. Again, a good value for the price with a large family.

It is a beautiful place and serene. You are able to relax, enjoy the silence. There are a lot of fruit trees, a bbq pit and a fireplace. Definitely will recommend it, one suggestions is to have a map of places to go swim, I was looking for either a lake or river. Being our first time there we searched for a place went to 3 and the roads were closed off. Overall if you want to get out of the busy city life this is a place I recommend it and would book again. Stunning view.

Very enjoyable Thanksgiving weekend

Our extended family of seven came here for Thanksgiving and stayed through the weekend. The property was clean and was very well appointed with plenty of dishes and utensils for a large group preparing Thanksgiving feast. We had one hiccup beyond the owners control when the power was turned off by PGE on Thanksgiving. But immediately the owner provided a generator and were ready if the power did return. Luckily the power returned in afternoon. The highlight of our stay was the beautiful grounds and outdoor bar, pool table and bbq area. Even though it was cold at night there was a heater and fire pit to keep us warm as we spent a couple evenings outside. All questions about the property were answered quickly during our stay. The entire family enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.

Family Bridal Shower

We enjoyed the property for our family getaway to celebrate my niece. The kitchen was big enough for a few of us to cook at the same time. There are items around the house that were a bit old and needs to be replaced or updated. The dining room was big but not enough chairs to sit down for dinner. The front yard patio was great. But once again a few items needs to be replaced. We couldn’t turn on the hanging lights. There were plenty of towels to use. If you didn’t pack these items stop by the store to pick some up as shampoo body wash lotion were not available Overall stay was great.
