Had difficulty using the keypad on the door so first impression wasn’t the best. Apartment is beautiful. Super fun and great location. The kitchen needs more glassware. Also would benefit from a few toys and games for kids. The biggest issue was the window coverings. The blinds in the bedroom windows don't go all the way down and don’t completely close. It’s on the second floor so you’re exposed to anyone on the street below. They’re also not light blocking so it gets light very early.

Thank you for your feedback, Kris! We are glad you found the apartment beautiful and enjoyed the location. We do want to address a few of the concerns mentioned so future guests have accurate information. Check-in is at 4pm, and we noticed from our messages that you arrived several hours early, which may have contributed to some of the check-in difficulty as the unit may not have been fully prepared at that time. We also happily cancelled a night at no charge when your plans changed, and we are glad we could accommodate that. We actually have over 20 glasses in the kitchen in addition to mugs and coffee cups, so there is plenty of glassware on hand for the 10 guests the property allows. As for games and activities, we have Monopoly on the coffee table, baggo boards on the porch, and card games inside. Regarding the window coverings, the blinds do fully close and in more than 3 years of hosting this is the only time we have received this concern. That said, we always take feedback seriously and will double check to make sure everything is in top shape. We hope future guests will feel confident booking with us and know we take great pride in the property!

The Reserve - the perfect stay in Searcy!

This property is so gorgeous and also so comfortable…every detail is thoughtfully covered. The location is perfect. We especially enjoyed the back deck and views from downtown. The interior spaces are perfect for gathering with friends & family. The kitchen has everything you need for entertaining. We are already planning our next stay!

What a beautiful place!

Our family enjoyed this beautifully-decorated apartment so much! We gathered with seven adults and two babies. The parents of the babies were so pleased that they felt they could let their babies crawl and toddle on the floor because it all felt so clean. Wonderful kitchen for cooking light meals. We hope to return on day!

Great place when visiting Harding University

This is a second-story residence above businesses in Searcy. It was a great location and a beautiful interior. Very convenient location for our visit to Harding University. Rooms were very spacious. Great communication with the host. If our daughter decides to attend Harding, we will definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving

We spent Thanksgiving in Searcy to attend the second round of the Division 2 football playoffs. The place was immaculate. It was all we wanted and more. Owners were very attentive!
