Gathered my family here for a big birthday celebration and it was perfect. Good kitchen plenty of space for folks to sit and socialize. The pool and hot tub are delightful. We would come back.

Titan was the perfect space for our family reunion. With billiards, the heated pool, and theater there was something for everyone! We appreciated the pet-friendly policy too. As a family that likes to cook we found the kitchen well stocked with a working grill. Thanks Peter for being a great host!

It was a perfect place for all 10 people, beautiful home, and outdoor space. Letting us bring our dogs was a huge bonus for us as well.

Nice family getaway

Our family’s age range was 5 to 78, and it was perfect for everyone. Very spacious and airy, all bedrooms well-appointed and beds super comfy. We used the pool, small hot tub and amazing theater a ton. Hope to go back some day!

This house has many delights : great kitchen, nice pool, the pool table was a magnet for our clan, a small gym and a movie theater with rows and great projection. Lovely living room/ separate dining room with a view. Peter was a fantastic communicator! Really nice. We asked for poolside umbrellas for sun protection and they arrived within hours. Thank you Peter. Just know that there are actually 4 bedrooms. The 5th is an alcove in the gym. And 6th is an alcove of the theater. The master bedroom is huge!! We did fine with all but good to know in advance. Nice neighborhood. Near restaurants. Good walks. Great time.

Fantastic house n a quiet cudesac that was perfect for our family reunion. The manager/owner was very quick to respond with answers to questions. Lots of space on several levels, nice pool and spa, close enough to town for a quick zip to the grocery or out to lunch, parks and other towns.

Perfect Family Getaway

Three generations of our family gathered here for 4 fabulous days. We relaxed and played in the pool/hot tub, watched movies in the theatre, took advantage of the nearby restaurants and spent a fun afternoon at Safari West. The house has a wonderful, airy layout with lots of cool spaces to hang out together or alone. Host went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed an stress-free time. Highly recommend!!

Lovely property, lots of space for everyone and lots of supplies to make it easy to enjoy family time. Kitchen/dining areas were well furnished and efficiently laid out. Oven and refrigerator need repair but were sufficient for our stay. Bed pillows are the same throughout and too full for stomach sleepers.

Had a peaceful and chill birthday weekend at the house. We never left it. It was the perfect setting with lots to do - cooking, hanging out, watching a movie, and swimming. We were a group of ten friends with a dog and a baby. Hosts were super fast in communicating. No issues.

This is a great house. The pool, theater room, spaciousness and isolation stand out. It's not a good place if a person has problems with stairs. There could have been a bigger selection of pots, pans and pyrex ovenwear.The refrigerator should have been checked before we got there, as there was a water leak. I give it a 9 out of 10 rating.

Smoke alarm

The property is great but when we checked in a smoke alarm was chirping because it needed new batteries and you could hear it throughout the entire house. Despite letting the owner know as soon as we checked in it didn’t get handled for the two nights we stayed. It was difficult for the group to sleep and relax inside the house with that constant chirp.

Does not look like the pictures

This house was a splurge for our family vacation. The views from the house were awesome. The pool was very nice (not permitted to be outside past 9pm). But the hot tub had tiles missing and the railings were almost completely rusted through. a lot of the inside has not been updated. The carpets and family room rug are badly worn and dirty. The windows were dirty inside and out. most of the furniture and fixtures are very outdated. Peter was nice and responded quickly to a toilet that did not work. The location is nice, it just needs some work!

Even better than expected

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property as a girls trip with family and friends, and I wanted to share my experience, particularly regarding the cleanliness of the property and the responsiveness of the owner(s).Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness of the property. It was evident that the owner takes great pride in maintaining a welcoming environment. The linens were fresh and every room was spotless!!In addition to the cleanliness, the owner was incredibly responsive. From the moment I booked the property, they were quick to answer any questions I had. The owner, Peter, even went out of his way to help me with a birthday surprise for my guests.Their attentiveness made my stay even more enjoyable, as I felt supported and valued as a guest.Overall, my experience was outstanding. The combination of a clean, well-maintained property and the owner's prompt communication made for a fantastic stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and worry-free vacation!
