Summary:
Stylish, modern condo with excellent efficiency and great proximity to everything! Situated in Slabtown, a historic neighborhood between West Grand Traverse Bay, Downtown, and the Village Commons of the old State Hospital. The open floor plan offers abundant natural light, with a glimpse of the bay.
*Guests must be 25 or older, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

The Space:
This condo is 540 square feet, located on the first floor. It features one bedroom with a king-size bed and a queen sofa bed in the living area. The fully equipped kitchen and high-capacity washer/dryer have everything you need for a weekend stay or a longer visit.
As an urban property situated on a busy street, the location offers easy access to local attractions, but some street and city noise may be present. A sound machine and earplugs will be provided to ensure a comfortable stay.
Guest Access:
One designated parking spot is assigned to this unit in parking lot next door.

This is an urban property located on a high traffic road, which is great for easy access to local attractions, but some street/city noise should be expected. Sound Machine and earplugs will be provided.
2 blocks from the beach.
Just north of the building are Downtown Traverse City Courts great for pickleball. There are 8 outdoor concrete courts, dedicated with permanent lines and nets and free to play!
Other Things to Note:
Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.
A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.
High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee.
There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.
If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.
Dogs are allowed with an additional fee, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please take your pup with you or kennel them when you leave the home. We cannot have sad, lonely barking dogs bothering our neighbors. Please be considerate and clean up after your pet.
