Surrounded by quiet TX Hills, trails, biking distance to Lake Travis during the day and travel to Austin at night- only 45 minutes to downtown Austin or grill in the backyard & enjoy the quiet scenery & relax! These Add ons can be included for an additional fee: On-site chauffeur with SUV (6 seats) so go out and have fun without any stress! Other add ons include guided on-site mediation, on-site sitter for small dogs/kids ages 6 & up. (House mom was a teacher for 25 years!) house mom will make sure you have clean clothes every day and wake up to a clean kitchen!
House is brand new and modern/ contemporary style. Lots of areas to take a walk, run and can rent a boat to relax on Lake Travis. Please note we may have house mom plus her 3 teens, 2cats and 2dogs on the property, too. This is a shared property. We rent the rooms. If you would like to rent the whole
House by itself, the price is $10,000 for 3days and we must have a 2 month advance notice for those rentals. Otherwise, you come rent the room, relax and share the spaces with us and I’ll drive you where you need to go!
