Marque nouvelle piscine couverte et jacuzzi, Quatre Star Gym, Femmes & Hommes Vestiaires avec douches complètes, sauna, et salon. Nous venons également ouvert un nouveau Fine Dining Restaurant appelé Brizos et aussi un Bar & Grille avec TV à écran plasma et Billard. Il ya deux piscines et jacuzzis en plein air donnant sur le lac Travis, courts de tennis, Privé Marina avec bateau glisse location-mesure et location de bateaux à proximité, le complexe est entouré d'un terrain de golf. Ce condo est un Bed & Un grand bain avec baignoire jacuzzi et douche séparée. Tout récemment rénové avec planchers de travertin et magnifiques planchers de bois franc partout Noyer foncé. Il ya un balcon privé hors de la chambre à coucher avec vue panoramique sur le lac Travis. Il ya beaucoup de choses à faire à proximité, randonnée, le canotage, la natation, le golf, la pêche, et Austin accessible en seulement 45 min!

We enjoyed our stay. Ran into a few unavoidable issues but the host was very quick to respond. Nice view and we enjoyed eating at the restaurant while we were there also. Nice quiet place to visit for a quick getaway.

I enjoyed my stay at this little place on Lake Travis. Pictures are are an accurate representation of the space. I would have liked to been informed of the facilities that were not working in the complex by the host. The central AC was out but they did provide two window units that kept the space cool. The restaurant and the indoor pool of the complex were not open during our stay. All that being said, the place is in a quiet complex with nice views of Lake Travis, has deer on the property, nice outdoor spaces like the pool and the boat dock where you can rent kayaks, paddleboards, etc.

The pool was amazing! Room is a little dated and could use more bath towels in the bathroom.Overall stay was very nice. Loved walking around the property and the quietness. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The unit was clean and furnished, though quite dated. The board games came in handy. The pool needed some attention, as it was full of leaves and bugs.

The property did not match the listing as closely as we expected.The location and Lake Travis setting are attractive, but there were several significant discrepancies between the listing and what we found during our stay.Most concerning was accessibility. The property was represented as wheelchair accessible, but the elevators were not working during our stay. For anyone who depends on wheelchair accessibility, this is an important issue to verify before booking.The listing also advertised a “Hot tub on site” and “Spa whirlpool,” and the bathroom photo showed what appeared to be a jetted tub. The bathtub in the condo, however, did not have the jets depicted in the listing photo.The photos also appear to be outdated in other respects. For example, the listing prominently shows the patio and windows unobstructed, while the actual unit has a large window-mounted air-conditioning unit protruding into the patio area. The listing does state that the property has air conditioning, so the issue isn’t the absence of AC; it is that the current configuration is noticeably different from what is shown in the photos.Overall, our concern was not simply that we disliked aspects of the condo. The property and amenities we encountered did not fully correspond with what was represented in the listing photographs and amenity descriptions. I would strongly recommend that prospective guests—particularly anyone requiring wheelchair accessibility or specifically booking for the advertised

The island is beautiful and we had a great stay overall! We loved being on the lake and close to natural beauty. The restaurant/bar and pool are very fun. I was a little frustrated that we do not get all the details for entering the gate, parking, etc, and had to get a hold of the host to get all that but she was available and responsive. It would have been super helpful if there was 24 hour notice with all that. The unit is clean and basics were good for cost. We would love to return and stay in another unit on the property for a little more money. Some of the areas need repair/updating but great for the money! The Staff and guests were all very cool.

The condo was acceptable. However, the indoor pool and hot tub were out of service and apparently have been for some time (according to residents we spoke with). These had been a deciding factor for us. We probably would have chosen somewhere else had we known. We also had trouble getting the wi fi connected. I wrote the host to get guidance but never heard back. We won't choose this location again.

Our stay was two nights and overall the room seemed clean. It was when I cleaned the kitchen floor upon our check out. My cleaning rag was black! The floor looked clean but was not. The outdoor patio furniture was full of pet hair. The place had minor issues and seemed to be neglected. Such as, no hot water in kitchen, bathtub did not hold water, the toilet barely flushed and it took a long time to fill up again, clothes iron broken on its surface and snagged my clothes, several lightbulbs burnt out and the toaster did not work. On the other hand, the host was helpful and on top of any concerns we had. Response time was fast. The view was lovely and the pool was great! The sunset was breathtaking! Gym was fantastic and the staff on property were very friendly.

"Luxury" Condo is a far way of describing this place. First of all, not any fault to the owner, but the grounds are filled with deer poop every few feet apart. It smelled like sewer outside. The trash can to dispose of pet waste smelled like death and looked like it never gets emptied.Inside was a disappointment. It was hot. AC set on 68, but it was 75. The place had a weird smell. The couches felt dirty. We couldn't get any apps to open on the TV. There aren't any extra amenities such as coffee, bottled waters, soap, ect. to feel a bit more home like. The front door handle is extremely loose. The parking garage is also under some kind of construction, busted water pipes, disater. The closest elevator to our assigned parking was out of order. My husband is completely blind, so this made it a little more difficult for us to deal with. We did not feel comfortable or safe, so we left. We spent more time on the road than at the rental. We were there maybe 2 hours. The owner called to see what she could do to make it better, but not an actual refund or partial refund was given. We literally didn't even stay there, so we lost out big time. Not to mention, this was a mini vacay for our Wedding Anniversary. I literally just cried with disappointment.

My husband is from Texas and went to college at UT so Austin has become a second home to us. We have owned this condo for almost 20 years and still find it to be one of the most beautiful Scenic spots on Lake Travis. It’s peaceful and serene with breathtaking views. Which is why we love to come visit very often.
