This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate living room areas and a beautiful kitchen with waterfall quartz countertops, the main living room features an electric fireplace to feel warm and cozy. The exterior features multiple outdoor seating areas a firepit with marshmallow skewers, BBQ grill, and a beautiful pergola for an amazing outdoor experience. Provided outdoor games include corn hole and croquet set. The home also features a level 2 EV (Tesla) charger. We are sure the home will create the vacation you are yearning for. Wonderful Stay

We had such a great time at this property. We had everything we needed. Great restaurants close by and out of the hustle and bustle of Sedona. Would highly recommend!

Great place!

We went wine tasting in Cottonwood to celebrate my mom’s 60th birthday. The house is cute, clean, and the outdoor patio is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. We loved the cows in the field next door.

Wonderful Home!

This is a beautiful property that is both close to everything and secluded at the same time. Brandon is honestly the most responsive host I have ever worked with through VRBO. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would!

The decor of the home was so lovely and welcoming and the backyard sure made us feel like we were away from it all. The coffee bar and bath products were extra special.

Girls’ Trip

We had a wonderful time! Sometimes you see pictures on line and are disappointed in person. That is not the case here. The beds are really comfortable, the home was very clean, and it was perfect for our group. We did encounter a couple of issues with the water pressure/temperature, but Brandon was extremely responsive. I would definitely stay again!
