Nestled in a quiet neighborhood near Old Town Cottonwood, “the heart of Arizona wine country”. Enjoy sitting and relaxing on the patio with sightings of hawks, eagles, coyotes, cattle, and even deer. Riverfront ranch was newly renovated with the comfort of YOU in mind. This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate living room areas and a beautiful kitchen with waterfall quartz countertops, the main living room features an electric fireplace to feel warm and cozy. The exterior features multiple outdoor seating areas a firepit with marshmallow skewers, BBQ grill, and a beautiful pergola for an amazing outdoor experience. Provided outdoor games include corn hole and croquet set. The home also features a level 2 EV (Tesla) charger. We are sure the home will create the vacation you are yearning for. Great place!

We went wine tasting in Cottonwood to celebrate my mom’s 60th birthday. The house is cute, clean, and the outdoor patio is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. We loved the cows in the field next door.

We had such a great time at this property. It was so clean and in great shape. It was well equipped with everything we needed. The bonus was having 3 cows in the back of the property to hang out with.

Girls’ Trip

We had a wonderful time! Sometimes you see pictures on line and are disappointed in person. That is not the case here. The beds are really comfortable, the home was very clean, and it was perfect for our group. We did encounter a couple of issues with the water pressure/temperature, but Brandon was extremely responsive. I would definitely stay again!
