🚂A Note on the Vibe: We are located in a vibrant residential neighborhood. While you’ll enjoy total privacy, you may occasionally hear the nostalgic whistle of the local train. We provide white noise machines in every room to ensure your slumber is peaceful.

🏡🏡There is an additional short term rental at the property. Each unit is completely separate and there is no shared living space. The lower level outdoor space is reserved for guests of this rental only.

If you want any additional recommendations of activities, recreation, dining, etc. in the area, we have many local recommendations in our Welcome Book upon your arrival! Summer fun favorites include Wednesday's Live Music downtown at beach and Thursday's Water Ski Shows downtown at the beach.

The Pewaukee Lake House is a non-smoking residence which includes any kind of smoking (vaping, cigars, e-cigarettes, etc.). No smoking is allowed on the property including all outdoor space. House does have a Ring doorbell with camera facing out and outdoor facing cameras over the driveway and backyard.

The fireplaces at the Pewaukee Lake House are not functional.

The home is in a residential neighborhood with neighbors nearby. Please respect everyone, and everything as if it were your own. As such, it is important to note our quiet hours of 10:00pm-8:00am and absolutely no parties are allowed.

The garage is reserved for personal use and will not be available for use during your stay.
