Regal Palms Resort Dream Vacation-8 miles to Disney

Regal Palms Resort, just of Hwy 27 and I-192, is 20 minutes to Walt Disney World, 40 minutes from Orlando Airport, outlet malls, theme parks and popular attractions . Our professionally managed home is a spacious 1856 sq ft 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, great for families, friends, snowbirds, golfers to enjoy a relaxing and fun time. Perfect for little ones and kids at heart.
The property is only 2 minute walk to the pool and amenities.

FIRST FLOOR

Kitchen
Our home is equipped with a full kitchen, refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dinnerware and cookware so you can enjoy many of the comforts of home. Bring you favorite K-cup.
Living/Dining Area
The porcelain tile living room is wide and spacious with attached dining area seating six, (2 extra seats and table in the kitchen). The half bathroom is located off the dining area.
Relax on the new sectional sofa while enjoying the 50"TV. The living area has a coffee table, bench, floor lamp and ceiling fan. Just off the living room is a paved patio.
1st Floor Master Suite
There is a master newer queen bedroom, 32" TV, new dresser, 2 new night stands with lamps, ceiling fan, closet, private full bathroom with tub.

SECOND FLOOR

You will find three more bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a laundry room on the second floor.
2nd Floor Master Suite
The second master suite comes complete with a new king size bed with 3" mattress topper, 2 dressers, 2 night stands with lamps, walk-in closet with a safe, new black out curtains, ceiling fan, private full bathroom, and private balcony.
Bedroom #3
The third bedroom has a new queen size bed, 30" TV, new dresser, 2 new night stands with lamps, new black out curtains, and a walk-in closet
Bedroom #4
The fourth bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunkbeds, disney themed, 2 dressers with lamps, black out curtains, and a large closet.
The second full bathroom is Mickey Mouse themed and shared by the two bedrooms.
Laundry Room
In the laundry space there are a washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron.
AMENITIES

As a self-catering home, you will be responsible for your own toiletries and cooking ingredients. We recommend bringing your own spices and condiments, plastic bags, and storage containers to save time and money, as you need so little usually and these items are easy to pack .
We provide towels, sheets, blankets, and pillows.
FREE internet available throughout the house.

THE RESORT

The front desk is open 7 days, 24 hours, 365 days, so you can arrive late. The resort is secured with 24 hour live security guards. There is an on site restaurant, Frankie Farrells, pools, lazy river, indoor/outdoor hot tub, sand volley ball, outdoor corn hole, indoor arcade, gym, spa, gift shop, and business center near the front desk. Hours are subject to change.

There is a complementary towel service and lounge chairs and tables in the pool area, 24 hour security, WiFi, staffing at the pool and on-site programs. The resort fee is discounted by up to 50% for stays of 30 days or more during during winter (snowbird rate)! It doesn't go to me or Airbnb but you have to consider this in your cost.

Parking passes are issued when you check-in. No RV parking is allowed.

Two FREE parking spaces are available in our driveway. A third car can be parked behind those at the end of our driveway in front of the house. No parking on the grass or street, it will be towed at your expense.

Our resort is located walking distance to Publix Supermarket. It is a short drive up Hwy 27 to Walmart Superstore, for those who enjoy cooking their own meals. We have a popular onsite restaurant Frankie Farrells Restaurant/Pub, as well as an ice cream parlour and gift shop or many restaurants are located within walking distance or short drives.
