We would love to host you!

Our place is super nice and cozy. It has all the amenities to make your stay enjoyable and feel right at home.

Our guest love the location. It is centrally located, close to downtown and the famous Red Rocks Amphitheater. Walk across the street to Starbucks along with other restaurants, Planet Fitness, Sprouts (a natural grocery store), liquor store and more! Along with being less than a mile to Belmar Shopping District- that has Target, Whole Foods, a movie theatre, restaurants, shops and more...

The options are limitless for activities and adventures. This centrally located studio is perfect for your adventure in the Denver area.

Cons: It is extremely loud at all hours because the property is located on a busy road. It feels pretty dishonest to leave that out of the description. In order to sleep every night, I had to put in earbuds to listen to sleep music to drown out the noise. The dishes appeared to be unwashed as they were dirty - I stopped checking after the first two. The fitted bed sheet was pilling and uncomfortable to sleep on. The towels were all slightly damp. One of the exterior photos shows a different unit, which makes it look like the unit isn’t directly on the busy street. It was nice that they provided snacks but they expired a month ago. The shower handle was semi-broken and difficult to turn on/offPros: it was close to Red Rocks, there was a full length mirror as well as a smart TVIt was okay for a short trip but I would not recommend this property nor would I return

Is in a pretty convenient location. I didn’t realize it was on such a busy street so there is a lot of street noise at all hours. However, after the first night I did find the ear plugs in the room which is a great add. Has everything you need for your stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Super cute and clean property and the communication from the host was amazing! I highly recommend if you’re seeing a concert at Red Rocks as it was a quick, easy drive to and from the venue!

Studio was right for me and my son. All was good. Entry lock was easy. Kitchenette worked for us. Only drawback, 2 stairs to get into bathroom. I have bad knees and sometimes it was a challenge.

This is a cute cozy studio apartment. Amenities were well furnished; such as a cooler for picnics. It is also close to shopping and restaurants. Like many, the noise of city life and its location can be a bit distracting , so if this is a concern use your fan app, etc. The apartment sneaks up on you, if you are using Uber or some outside transportation inform them. Overall great stay!!

Great spot for day trips out

We chose this listing for our trip to the Denver area for its location and it was perfect. Very convenient for a show at red rocks and the shuttle service we used had a pickup at the Front Range Inn in Lakewood which made it even better. We planned several day trips out from Lakewood and this studio was the perfect central spot to launch from. It is on the Main Street through Lakewood but it made it very convenient. My daughter ended up with a horrible ear infection and there was an urgent care literally across the street that saved the trip! The studio is very neat and clean and the kitchenette served us perfectly for our week. Stocked snacks and coffee bar was an added bonus. It’s definitely on our list of places we’d stay at again next time we come to the Denver area.

Cute room!

At first a little skeptical about it being right on such a busy street but we had everything we wanted within walking distance as far as restaurants. The stadium is about 10 minutes away with traffic and the room was very clean and cute! Thank you for your hospitality!

Clean and Comfortable

A great place to stay! Very clean and comfortable. All of the things you need. Communion was excellent! Yes, there's traffic noise but I barely heard a peep from other tenants and the traffic became white noise for me. Highly recommend!

Great location.

We enjoyed our time at this rental. Perfect location for a red rocks concert. Clean and comfy. Super busy area, but we felt safe and the traffic noise was not bothersome.

Excellent Accommodation

The accommodation was lovely and the host was very attentive. I really appreciated how everything was prepared for my arrival, from towels to blankets and even snacks! It's close enough to downtown Denver where you won't feel too far out. I was grateful that I stayed here and hope to be back soon.

Convenient stay

Our stay was great, this had pretty much everything we needed and was close to both Red Rocks and grocery stores. There were some dogs barking next door during the day and later one evening but we weren't home enough for it to be a problem. Also it was on a pretty busy road that had a lot of noise, which we didn't realize until we arrived how loud it would be. Otherwise it was a great stay and perfect for our needs.

I liked everything about it but the extremely busy and noisy road it was on. I didn’t see any information regarding that it would be on a 6 lane road. Hard to sleep and get out of the driveway but loved everything else about it. Great place to stay and host was wonderful

Red Rocks Getaway!

My husband and I stayed in this precious studio for our first trip to Red Rocks. The space is perfect for a couple, bed is comfy, very clean and well decorated!! Host had snacks available for us. The studio is set close to lots of food options,especially breakfast food. Although the unit is close to the road, the noise didn’t bother us at all! We’d definitely stay there again!!
