Beautifully updated 1 bedroom guest suite in the Platt Park area of Denver, able to accommodate 2 or 4 guests comfortably making this setup as a two bedroom!! Everything’s been thought of for your stay including brand new washer/dryer in unit, snacks, Keurig coffee machine and milk frother, kettle, free street parking, cooking neccesities, outdoor grill and access to backyard lounge area. Excitingly located between the famous Historic South Pearl Street and exciting South Broadway neighborhoods! Short drive to DU, downtown and Red Rocks. Perfectly situated between 2 rail stations for easy access to the Denver areas, including Denver International Airport.

Modern and updated house hosts cozy, colorful and classic Denver guest suite with private entrance all nestled in the friendly and safe Platt Park neighborhood and historic south Pearl Street (check out the farmers market EVERY SUNDAY!). Your private entrance can be found within the fenced in back yard and will make you feel Platt Park is your new hometown.

Quiet and cozy, yet modern and creatively inspired! Comfortable king size bed makes you feel right at home in this colorful and art gallery inspired stay! The open layout provides ample viewing for this creative inspired guest suite. Checkout the backyard for games and a grill area; this is the only shared area, you might even see my service dog Lumee in the yard on occasion! There is also plenty of space for ski/board/bicycle storage on the property in a locked garage.

Perfect place to call home for a long work week! Great walking distance to local shops/restaurants/etc. and even got to take advantage of the Farmer's Market before checking out on Sunday! I will definitely be looking to use this property again for future needs!

The property is very cozy and well maintained. It’s close to any dining, transportation, entertainment experience you’ll want to discover. It is well stocked with kitchen/linen amenities. Comfortable and relaxing. The host was very quick to respond to questions about the property as well as forthcoming with info regarding local activities. Although it’s the basement apartment of the main house, upstairs noise was not an issue… very quiet! Colorful host artwork throughout…cheery. Greeter dog, Lumee, was a sweet baby. We’d definitely stay here again.

Mariel was a wonderful host. Timely communication and follow up to my questions. The property is located in a family friendly area of Denver. It’s about 15 minutes from the city center. The property is very comfortable, nicely appointed, and within walking distance to restaurants. Will definitely stay here again!

Advertised as 2 bedrooms. Not 2 bedrooms. If you are over 6 feet, watch your head due to low doorways in this basement! Otherwise, clean and easy to get around the neighborhood.

Hi Tammy, thanks for the feedback. The listing does state that it is a converted living room to bedroom with a pull out couch, also pictures are available where this is shown within the set up. I will try to be more clear with future guests but I work very hard to run my small business and want to always maintain having a clear and accurate listing. There are indeed a few spots where the ceiling is lower than others but it’s never been hidden from guests or been a major issue as it’s only a few spots throughout, I see how it could be more disclosed fully as well.

Cute apartment in great location

Location was perfect (near our son). Apartment was very clean and everything we needed. Close to a great coffee shop and lots of restaurants. We will stay again next time we come visit our son. Hosts communication was great!

15/10 experience, I've never had SUCH a smooth check-in/check-out process. All of our needs were met, quick response in the chat with the host, plenty of towels, and great amenities, patio, and kitchen area space! My boyfriend and I were there for my brother's wedding, & honestly, we found the space to be an artist's dream to stay in. Art everywhere! So sweet and colorful. It's the owner's remodeled basement, so the ceilings are a lil' low in places (PS. we're pretty tall people), BUT even then it was still so unbelievably charming for us! It felt like staying in a creative's hobbit house, which for nerds like us was an awesome experience. If I am ever back in Denver, I'll no doubt be staying here again!
