Relax in the newly landscaped backyard with artificial turf you can enjoy year-round. The outdoor dining is perfect for those warm sunny days while you play corn hole or cook dinner on the outdoor propane BBQ. You can enjoy the cool evenings watching tv next to the outdoor firepit as the sun sets.

The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, oven, refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, microwave, and dishwasher. You can also find a toaster, air fryer, coffee maker, plenty of pots and pans, and enough dishes for the whole family.

Just off the kitchen is the dining room with enough space for 6 to eat.

The living room offers enough space for the whole family and just off to the side you will find an extra room perfect for the kiddos to enjoy. With an additional couch, smart tv, and an ARCADE game with over 15,000 games! With four person playing this will surely be the hit of the house!

The primary bedroom is located on the main floor and offers a King size bed with brand new memory foam mattress, walk-in closet, and an attached primary bathroom. There is also a smart tv with streaming services such as Netflix, HBO Max, Prime Video, and others.

The second bedroom is located upstairs and features and Queen bed with a pull out Twin trundle. This room also offers a pack and play and a secret bonus room that the kiddos will love.

The third bedroom is perfect for kids or teens. It has two brand new twin beds, each with a pull out twin trundle making this room able to sleep 4! The spacious room has plenty of space for anyone staying and a beautiful bay window that looks over Mount Vernon Ave.

The fourth room is located downstairs and is set up as an office. It has a fold out couch and closet for any spill over from the bedrooms.

All bedrooms are equipped with linens, extra blankets, black out curtains, closet space and a sound machine. Additionally, each bathroom offers towels, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The laundry room is adjacent to the kitchen and guests are encouraged to use them whenever needed.
