Nous sommes ravis de partager The Tree Top House avec vous! Notre maison a été amoureusement mise à jour de haut en bas - NOUVEAU plancher, meubles, cuisine, salles de bains, chambres et bien plus encore!

Cette maison de vacances a littéralement tout cela - des équipements modernes et des meubles, de grands pins, des vues magnifiques - et à seulement quelques minutes des boutiques et du centre-ville de Prescott!

Pour votre confort, la maison dispose de CENTRAL AC & HEAT - bien que les nuits se refroidissent considérablement. Pour la commodité de nos clients, la maison offre une laveuse et une sécheuse HE pleine grandeur - alors faites de la lumiÚre! WIFI - Internet haute vitesse sans fil fourni.

Trois chambres de taille gĂ©nĂ©reuse sont meublĂ©es avec de nouveaux lits et draps, et offrent beaucoup d'espace pour le stockage de vĂȘtements - placards spacieux et de nouvelles commodes.

Le plan d'étage fantastique de la maison comprend DEUX salons confortables et invitants - chacun avec ses propres SmartTV de 50 "(Netflix et cùble fourni). L'installation est parfaite pour les familles - offrant beaucoup d'espace pour se disperser, se détendre, regarder la télévision et des films - ou jouer à l'un des nombreux jeux disponibles à la maison.

La cuisine entiÚrement rénovée comprend des armoires entiÚrement neuves, des comptoirs en quartz et un grand ßlot central qui s'ouvre sur le salon avant. Vous trouverez la cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer et cuisiner un repas - y compris les nouveaux appareils - lave-vaisselle, cuisiniÚre à gaz 5 brûleurs et micro-ondes intégré.

L'arriÚre-cour paisible est bordée de pins et offre une zone étendue pour profiter de votre café du matin, du vin ou griller un repas sur le nouveau barbecue à gaz 5-brûleur.
La cour dispose également d'une grande zone clÎturée / chien.

Nous aimons assis sur le perron tout au long de la journĂ©e pour admirer les panoramas de montagne exquis. Les grandes fenĂȘtres du salon et de la salle familiale sont un rĂ©gal pour les yeux, rempli de la vue sur les pins et les montagnes le long de l'horizon.

Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement! Notre maison est située dans un quartier fabuleux, à cÎté du quartier historique du parc et à proximité du centre-ville! La maison est nommée pour son "Tree Top" paramÚtre - au sommet d'une colline - qui permet de regarder les étoiles et offre une vue magnifique sur les montagnes et les pins Ponderosa qui entourent ce quartier pittoresque et la ville.

NOTE: Puisque la maison se trouve en hauteur sur le terrain, la voie d'accĂšs est rapide et ne doit pas ĂȘtre utilisĂ©e si un vĂ©hicule n'a pas un dĂ©gagement important Ă  l'avant / arriĂšre, ou pendant les mois froids d'hiver et / ou lorsque les conditions mĂ©tĂ©orologiques pluie, neige ou tout autre type de condensation.

If you’re looking for a home that is tastefully furnished with comfort in mind and offers a warm, lived-in atmosphere rather than a space that feels formal or untouchable, Linda and Erica have truly perfected that balance with their Treetop House. Linda is easily the most thoughtful host we’ve had in 10 years booking on VRBO. She is incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful, and stayed in touch both before the stay and sent a lovely message afterward, without ever being intrusive. The house is ideal for a family gathering with an open kitchen, a dining table for 6, and living space with a large sectional that comfortably fits everyone. The second living area was perfect for kids to watch their own movies without disrupting adults or early sleepers and also had another large and comfortable sectional. The location is excellent, close to everything beautiful Prescott offers and conveniently situated between White Spar Rd, Copper Basin Rd, and Gurley St. The neighborhood is quiet, well-maintained, and great for scenic flat walks. The backyard has a great dining and living area too. The shower had good water pressure, the linens and towels were high quality, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. Grocery stores and essentials are a short drive away. Loved having board games available too. We celebrated a perfect Christmas at the Treetop house and would come back with zero hesitation. Very Comfortable!

This is a very comfortable home. The kitchen was nice sized and well stocked. There are 2 great rooms to congregate, one is the living room and the second is the TV/game room. There were views of the mountains from both rooms. The beds were very comfy. Showers had wonderfully strong water flow for quick soap/shampoo rinse. Location is perfect for access to downtown and highways. We are very happy with our stay!

Weekend Quick Trip

Perfect for a family with little kids

Lovely property in a great location. It feels very "woodsy" but you're only a few minutes out of town. Very clean and well-appointed. The backyard and big family room with games were perfect for our kids. I will book again!

Beautiful house and great location

The neighborhood is stunning and the house is nicely updated. We fell in love with how comfortable the second living room was with the cozy couch and picture window. We love hosts that let us bring our dog with us! However, when they tell you the driveway is steep they mean it and I have a lifted SUV.

Great location

This is a cute home on a tree-filled hill top. It was clean, comfortable and the host was super friendly. All of the neighbors were very nice and welcoming as well. The home had everything we needed to be comfortable. The fenced yard made it easy to travel with our two dogs. The driveway and entry could be a bit challenging for someone older or with a disability, but we didn’t mind. It’s super steep, more than it seems in the photos. We parked in the street (checked with the neighbors) and it was fine. Overall a great location in Prescott nestled in the trees; great for dog walks and restaurant access to downtown.

Another great stay at the Treetop!

This is our second stay at the property and it was just as welcoming and fun as last time. Host is by far one of the best out there, and the propriety is fantastic, stocked with everything you would expect, and even better than advertised. Highly recommended especially if you have a furry friend with you as they are very welcoming and the fenced in backyard is perfect. Quiet mountain top location is 2 minute drive to downtown Prescott/ Courthouse Square shopping and great eateries.

Overall a great property. Manager contacted me several times and produced redundant info. I would prefer less communication. Also charged for cleaning but requested I stripped the beds and start the laundry and start the dishwasher. Seemed like a big charge for the amount of work they wanted at checkout. Also the driveway is steep as hell.

The Tree Top House is owned by our family - grandparents, parents, children and grandchildren - who live in the Valley (Scottsdale). We have been visiting Prescott for many years, often for week-long stays in vacation rentals. This year, we decided it was time for a place of our own! Since we work in the Valley and can't be in Prescott as often as we would like, we would like to share our beautiful home with guests, so they too can experience the wonderful town of Prescott and create fantastic new memories that last a lifetime!

We have always enjoyed staying in vacation rentals close the town square - where people gather for festivals, concerts and parades. We've also enjoyed being only a short drive from the lakes, hiking, shopping and all that Prescott offers. The house hunting was very casual, waiting for the right one to appear and on Super Bowl weekend of 2016 this "turquoise house" on a hill became available. It was in the exact neighborhood we all loved! The home felt like it could be a "good fit" for our family and also to share with others. The house was lovingly maintained through the years, but we saw great potential and wanted to create a modern but inviting and comfortable HOME to enjoy together. We named it the Tree Top House for its ASTOUNDING VIEWS - which are magnificent from nearly every window! We hope to go out of our way to make you love this house and have it become you Home Away from Home in Prescott.
