House Of Views BB973, a premier, luxury three story beach house. Featuring 6 bedrooms, 4 full baths and 2 half baths. There is also a game room, a huge living room with over-sized L shape leather sofa just perfect for your group of 16, and two large decks for taking in the gulf views and enjoying the breezes. Cool off in the private pool in the backyard while cooking dinner on a large gas grill. For larger groups check out our sister property located directly behind House of Views, The Big Kahuna. The two houses combined offer 12 bedrooms with two private pools!

- PARKING: A maximum of 5 cars can be parked at HOUSE of VIEWS; so plan accordingly. Banyan Beach does not allow any street parking or boats and trailers. sorry, no pets allowed.

Very nice and plenty of room. Great location with an easy walk to the beach. The pool was a good depth for younger kids and provided a lot of shade. The extra refrigerator in the garage for drinks was very nice. Great communication with the property manager.

Everything was great! There were a few items that were kinda a little scary like a cockroach jumping on me in the bathroom at night hee hee but everything was great. It was awesome time we appreciate you letting us stay in your place and if we can do it again we will definitely only problem I had was the golf cart. It needs some heavy maintenance. I couldn’t go more than 1520 miles an hour and the brake was very hard to apply and it was hard to start in the morning, even though it was a little cool, thank you for everything bye bye-bye.

Luci’s first family beach trip

Our stay was very comfortable, with plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms and wide open spaces. The beach was very accessible. Just a short walk away. The location was ideal. The private pool was a great for closing the day!

Nice house

Nice big house with lots of rooms! Had 10 of us, so we had lots of room, didn’t feel like we were in top of each other. Close to beach, golf cart was nice to ride on beach. Overall we had a good time, only negative was wish it would have been warmer!

Perfect family beach house

The house was perfect for my grown daughters and their families to join us for a back to school beach trip. The grandkids and adults had plenty of room to gather and play. The golf cart made it easy to take supplies to the beach and the nearby boardwalk made for a quick walk. We recommend the house and hope to stay again!

The Perfect Beach House

This is Truly the Perfect Beach House! It has all the amenities you will need while on vacation, ocean and pier views are not blocked by the surrounding building and the layout of the home provides plenty of space for small and large family groups. Plenty of activities available from the game room on the first floor, private pool for cooling off while barbequing and golf cart for cruising around the town. The description for the home is 100% accurate.

Port A is the best

We had the most wonderful stay at one of our family's most special places, Port Aransas. The house accommodated all of our family comfortably and easily. This home is beautiful and has everything that you would need. We love being a short walk over the boardwalk to the beach or a quick golf cart drive on Sand Castle. We did call Port A Escapes (the management company) and they were very kind and responsive. This home will definitely be on our list for future visits to the island. Thank you!!

Work fishing trip

We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay this past weekend in port Aransas. The house was beautiful and decorated so nicely. The kitchen was fully equipped with the cooking utensils we needed for hosting our clients at a work fishing trip. The only downside of the property was that the pool was not cleaned the entire time we were there. I called multiple times to get someone out and no one ever showed up. Overall a great house!

All 12 of us who stayed there were impressed by the decor and all the details that made it delightful. Located just a few feet from the boardwalk to the beach, the house offered impressive views of the water. We only had two minor complaints, an air hockey table that didn't work and a metal dining chair that needed repair. These were the only tiny flaws in an otherwise perfect experience.

Great location

Overall we loved this property. The size and layout fit our friends trip perfectly and the location with the boardwalk to the beach was great for the littles and adults alike. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was fully stocked. The parking situation was a little rough on a holiday weekend, but we made it work. We do have a few suggestions though. The bunkroom on the second floor desperately needs a fan of some sort. There is no airflow and it gets super hot in there. We had to go out and purchase our own floor fan to get through the weekend. Also, the refrigerator seal is broken and the door wouldn't shut properly. This resulted in major condensation and uneven cooling in the refrigerator and could have spoiled all of our food had we not noticed and rigged it shut. Lastly, the pool was very dirty when we arrived and we couldn't use it until management sent someone out to clean it. We understand these houses rent almost non-stop in the summer, but that was not cool considering the amount of money we paid to rent this house on a holiday weekend. Overall, we liked the property.

This was our first time using Port A Escapes and staying in the House Of Views, we stayed for 5 days. We were very impressed with the house. Very clean, kitchen is FULLY stocked with cookware and utensils, plenty of space, awesome view of the ocean and a great pool. Our only complaint is the AC would not keep the 1st and 2nd floor cool. The unit was set to 74 but couldnt get the lower levels below 80 degrees. Other than that great house. We will be booking again next year.
