This listing is for two separate units rented together to provide extra space for groups, with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, accommodating 16 guests total. Less than 4 miles from the heart of Boston and convenient access to public transportation and limited free parking, you can get around the city with ease. After a day of exploring Boston, retreat to the tranquility of Somerville and make dinner at home or enjoy the neighborhood restaurants. Only a mile from Tufts, 2.5 miles to Harvard and 3 miles to MIT.

Unit 1 is a beautifully renovated 3 bedroom, 3 bath ground floor condo that can sleep 10 guests. Unit 2 is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath second story condo that can sleep 6 guests. Both units were designed to be relaxing and convenient places to call home after busy days exploring Boston.

UNIT 1

Main floor:

UNIT 2 (Please note the condo is on the 2nd floor):

- Full bedroom with dresser
- One full bathroom with stand up shower
- Living room with comfy couch, gas fireplace and smart TV with YouTubeTV
- Daybed with two twin beds
- Spacious, fully stocked kitchen (dishes, silverware, cookware, drip coffee maker, microwave, kettle, fridge, dishwasher, gas range stove/oven) and complimentary startup coffee set up
- Kitchen island with 3 barstools
- Dining table with seating for 6
- Washer/dryer with start up laundry supplies

Both units have an in unit washer/dryer, large dining room tables, gas fireplace and smart TV. Each kitchen is fully stocked and has state of the art appliances.

You`ll have full and private access to both units. There is another unit in this multi family home where I live and occasionally rent out. All units have their own private entrances and do not have any shared space.

An Uber or Lyft to the city is cheap and super quick (10-15 minutes depending on Boston traffic, of course). We are close to public transportation, which is also a quick ride into the city.

Please remember this is our home so treat it like you would a friend`s home and we will do our best to make you feel like you`re a friend staying with us!

We have installed exterior only security cameras for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video outside all entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.

Somerville is a vibrant city in itself and we are less than a mile from Medford, both have their own bars, restaurants, and historic sites that guests love! Of course, then the beautiful city of Boston is minutes away by car or public transportation. Our street is residential and quiet, but near a main street with convenient access to the highway.

The 95 bus picks up just at the end of our street and will drop you off with easy access to the T. We have limited street parking and 2-3 designated driveway spots for these units.

Please note that any refunds made in accordance with our cancellation policy will be less any credit card fees.

While we strive to minimize guest disturbances, we regularly maintain our home and may conduct lawn care during reservations, particularly on weekdays or during longer stays.
