Great Place!

This house was a lovely place to stay for our family vacation. It was close to every thing we wanted to do in Boston. I messaged the host about something and the reply was very quickly. This is great place to stay when you are in the Boston area.

The house was very nicely decorated, very clean, and comfortable for 8. We had a small issue with the cleaners not being done when we were arriving and the owner was very communicative and accommodating to help minimize any impact. She was very responsive in answering questions about small things to help make our stay perfect. The sunroom bed is not full size in length, so is really only comfortable for a child. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and I'd highly recommend.

The living spaces are well thought out, thank you. However, the living room could use a sectional couch. The chairs are not as comfortable for some people and a couch gives more seating options. Island stools are not comfortable. Beds and pillows were great! Areas that need repair/maintenance: *Upstairs bath- left drain does not drain*Downstairs bath does not drain- ankle deep when showering *HVAC vents need to be cleaned *Not enough plates and bowls for as many people that were there - we had 6 people. *Card decks like Uno are missing cards. *Upstairs bath does not have the shampoo/conditioner/body soap dispenser.

Family Trip to Boston!

This Vrbo rental did not disappoint. The location was perfect, the house was spotless and stocked with every personal essential you would need plus snacks and water! It’s a beautiful well kept place. Would definitely book here again! Thank for having us, my family and I had a blast in Boston!

Girls trip

A group of my friends meet here to stay. It was exactly what the photos looked like. The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure and temperature was great. Great location safe neighborhood, and a yummy little bakery just around the corner. 10 out of 10 would stay here again.

Great for a large family stay

Joanna is very communicative and accommodating to our specific needs. There's parking available on the driveway which was helpful since the street parking is pretty much full every day. Great area to call for ride shares.

Amazing house and host!!

I highly recommend this house in Everett, near Boston. Perfect for large families and groups of friends. Communication with host is excellent and she’s been very helpful along our stay.

Beautiful Decor

Joanna’s home is fantastic and just as shown on VRBO! We had plenty of space for our family of four and had everything we needed. Great location-plenty of Ubers to and from the city-15 minute ride. We look forward to a return visit!

Great place to stay with family. We had age 3 to 95. Narrow stairs so not a place if you have trouble with stairs. Otherwise, plenty of space and a lovely stay.

Overall, the experience at this property was positive. The parking was a bit of an issue with other people occupying the other portion of the duplex but it was great to have private parking nonetheless. Place was as pictured. Beds were comfortable. Would stay there again.

West coasters on the East Coat

3 couples stayed 4 night, the location of a quiet neighborhood was perfect. Easy commute by bus and train into town, or a very doable Uber ride. We did 3 full days of sightseeing and MLB games prior to boarding a cruis ship
