Betty's Place

Beautiful 4 bedroom home, full kitchen, living room, dining room, sun room. Ping-Pong table downstairs. 1.75 baths (1 up 0.75 down). Sleeps 12 comfortably.

Upstairs bathroom redone January 2020. Downstairs shower, sun room flooring, kitchen flooring, living room flooring (now hardwood), upstairs bathroom vent fan, and living room and kitchen lighting redone January/February 2023.

Easy access to downtown Idaho Falls, near a Pickleball Park, shopping and dining. 1 Hr 48 Min to Yellowstone Park, 28 Min to BYU Idaho in Rexburg, 44 Min to Idaho State University in Pocatello.

There is no smoking or vaping allowed in the home or on the property.

You will have access to the entire house, except for the owner's room downstairs, which is locked. Kitchen has all the amenities to prepare your own food. Water feature in front yard. Fenced back yard.

Other things to note
This is a NO SMOKING house. We do not allow smoking, vaping, or drugs in the house or anywhere on the premises. If you are a smoker, we respectfully ask that you do not book this house. No animals are allowed. You will be charged a $500 penalty and extra cleaning fees if you violate this rule. Please help us to keep an odor free home for our guests.

We are a shoeless house. Please bring something suitable for indoor wear.

House rules are on the countertop in the kitchen. There is a check out list included.

Great little house

We had the house all to ourselves. It was quiet and peaceful except there were a few big dogs barking which scared our 2 year old girls. But other than that, great place to stay!

Wonderful home with tons of space! Great location and quiet area. Screen porch was fantastic to relax in and enjoy the yard. Loved the water feature out front.

Perfect for our needs

The house was perfect for our needs. Backyard for kids to run around. Sunroom for rainy days or watching kids through the glass. Ping-pong table to keep them busy.

Very nice home

Perfect for our short stay. The owner was very responsive to last minute changes and the home is very clean and cozy. A well stocked kitchen. Loved the porch!

House was very nice and clean. Kitchen was well stocked as well as bathrooms. All necessities were provided. Only negatives were that there were several instances when random insects/bugs would pop up in the bathroom, hall, and kitchen area.

Cozy home

We had an overall great stay at Betty's place. The only issue was the heat stopped working one night and we had a cold house in the morning. The property owner kindly helped us right away and we got it back up and running. We would definitely stay here again.

One to return again soon

The house was clean, roomy, and comfortable. Betty's Place has a beautiful story which Danny provided in the instruction folder for the house, and it gave us the history which we all read. The previous people left some ice, coffee and filters, spices and other things. So we left some things for the next tenants. We really enjoyed the location and neighbors. We would go there again. The host answered quickly when we had a question. Thanks!!
