Private fenced yard, covered outdoor patio and a fully stocked kitchen. Large dining room, 65 inch television with room filling sound system, Wi-Fi, and high capacity washer/dryer. Perfect for family trip to the area or group of friends.

The pictures and property description are accurate. It is very easy to access the freeway from this property, which was important to us because we were traveling back and forth between Rexburg, IF, and Utah. I communicated once with the host, and they were very responsive and got back to me within 5 minutes. This is a small house in an older neighborhood, but the house has been updated with beautiful wood floors and comfortable beds. The bathrooms are small (I don't care) but that may bother some. Everything was very clean. What I loved the most was how welcome we felt: there was a decorated CHRISTMAS TREE and other homey decorations, which I loved! There are very comfortable chairs in the living room which made watching movies/TV in front of the fireplace so relaxing! We used the kitchen to make breakfast but didn't cook any other meals there. There is a full size refrigerator, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Overall, this is an excellent property and I would stay here again!

This was a great house close to the concert we were attending. Very clean amd the listing was honest about what the house offered. It was also great that there were extras like coffee and coffee filters and spices in the kitchen. 3 bedrooms could accommodate a family or in our case 3 friends. I would highly recommend this listing.

Great place to stay!

Cute house that was clean and pleasant to stay, has a nice little patio with table to visit and play games at and was comfortable. Great communication with owner!! Would stay there again.

Just so cute and cozy

This house was so perfect for us. The living room is quite large with surround speakers all the way around (not that we watched much tv). The fireplace was so cozy and the lighting outside was just such a sweet cherry on top.

Home away from home for the holiday

My husband and I spent a few days here along with our daughter and 3 of her children - the space worked out perfectly for us over Thanksgiving holiday. We loved being close to downtown and made repeat visits to City Bagels for breakfast during the week, and Harvest for bread & cookies. Our host was very responsive and a great communicator. We felt like we were "home" and were very comfortable throughout our stay. Thanks so much for hosting us!
