Bright, airy, quiet, retreat. High ceilings with lots of windows. Watch the sunrise over the hills from the open floor plan living room and dining room.

Large spacious upstairs bedroom with warm afternoon light. Watch the sunset from the west facing balcony with sliver views of the bay and dunes.

Cozy bedroom with queen bed downstairs. Both bedrooms have walk in closets and adjacent bathrooms providing plenty of privacy.

Bright and airy kitchen upstairs with induction stove. Boil water in three minutes. Enjoy views of the morning fog moving over the hillside from the garden window above the sink.

TV room downstairs with dedicated office area. Has doors to close this room off for a quiet work space.
