Big, will provisioned kitchen. Lots of seating areas both inside and outside. No instructions for using the TV which was ok with us. Getting the fans on takes some experimenting.

There was an unusual hot spell on the central coast. Most homes in the area do not have A/C. It states it in the listing. I’m sorry for any inconvenience. Host Robyn

It is a beautiful home! The kitchen seemed to be very well stocked, although we didn’t do any cooking. We were disappointed that the view included smoke stacks and electrical wires. But our biggest disappointment was the 3rd bedroom! It was not included in the description that the door from the garage opened into the bedroom, and you had to go through the bedroom to go to the hot tub. So there was no privacy. I don’t think it was intended to be a bedroom. Also, there was no closet, the bed was on wheels and moved a bit, and there was no screen on the window so it couldn’t be opened. Just be aware that the 3rd bedroom is not very functional as a bedroom.Otherwise it’s a nice home in a good location and was very clean.

Property was perfect for our family of six! Unit was very clean with useful amenities, location was perfect for quick outings beyond Morro Bay like Pismo Beach and downtown San Luis Obispo. We enjoyed the hot tub which is perfectly sized for 2 people. Robyn was a communicative host. Would stay again if visiting the area in the future.

Beautiful and comfortable home. Very clean and cozy for our little family of three. We enjoyed the hottub, the fireplace, the view, the kitchen space, and truly can't wait to visit again! if you enjoy a nice quiet vacation in a friendly and sleepy neighborhood in morro bay, this is the place for you. Robyn was very responsive to all of our questions!

We have stayed at so many rental properties over the years and Robyn’s was by far the best equipped property we have ever visited. The home is extremely clean and in a great location. Beds and bedding are comfortable and there was good water pressure in the showers. The view of Morro Rock is beautiful and the hot tub was nice to relax in. There are a lot of glass fixtures and walls in the house. My children are teenagers so they were fine…but I might not bring very young children to this property. Overall a wonderful property that we would love to visit again. Robyn is a very responsive and accommodating host! Thank you!

This home is lovely. Nicely remodeled and decorated, extremely clean, and very well stocked with everything you need including beach chairs! The view is spectacular of Morro Rock, the beach and there is shopping near by.
