We have designed the charming home to have all of your essential needs!

PETS
The property is dog friendly, yet we do have a two-dog maximum & additional pet fee. If you’re away from the home, please crate your pet. The area is pet-friendly, so you will find plenty of places that should accommodate you.

HOME LAYOUT
Follow along- when entering the front door, you will walk into the open concept living room and dining area and unfolds to the kitchen.

LIVING ROOM
Sink into the sofas after a long adventurous day by watching a movie/show on our smart TV. Feel free to log into/download any streaming services you’d like!

KITCHEN
Fully stocked with all of the kitchen necessities you need to prepare a great meal at home. You will find a stovetop, oven, and a full-size refrigerator to fix meals for your group.

Quick Weekend Getaway.

The property was as advertised inside.The neighborhood is older and some of the houses nearby are run down. We had no toilet paper when we arrived, we alerted our host, who answered promptly that they would look into the issue, however, I never heard back from them and we ended up buying our own.

Fit our needs perfectly

The entire family had a great experience. It fit our needs perfectly, which was somewhere to sleep and eat. The host was wonderful to work with and very accommodating and prompt on answering any questions we had. Would stay here again!

Old house, great host

The house is very old with a few updates that make it livable but the age just adds to the charm. Our only problem was the AC did not work upstairs and we went in July so it was 85 degrees upstairs. The host was very responsive and gave us a discount due to that which I appreciated. Overall would stay again!

I want to give 5 stars

...but I can't. We were met with a myriad of issues. A/C upstairs was not working properly and couldn't get fans delivered to help. (I was told this was a known issue and theat an HVAC company had been called, but there was no follow up) One ceiling fan did not work at all. Broken bed in one room, mattress collapse in the other. Leak in upstairs bath caused a puddle in dryer in laundry room, tried to let them know that we were down to one bathroom b/c we didn't want to make it worse. No backyard, shared driveway with 2 apartments. What started as great contact with property management devolved into very little contact once a small refund was issued (haven't seen it yet.) I can't get a hold of anyone at VRBO. We sent pcitures and tried to maintain a postive attitude. I'm really dissappointed as this was a very spacious, convenient location for reasonable price.

Nice getaway

Upon arriving, my first impression, unfortunately, was the chipped and peeling paint on the exterior of the house. I loved the bay windows and the overall architecture of this old house so I hoped for better things inside. I was impressed by the many features that made our stay very comfortable. The mattresses were nice, the house was very clean, there were plenty of towels and I really enjoyed the voice activated remote control. The kitchen provisions were adequate, but there was no pitcher for beverages and only one serving bowl. I purchased a pitcher and salad bowl and left them for the next group of guests. I loved the large rooms which gave the big guys in my family plenty of room. It was nice to have some items available that we could use for our meals like sugar, salt and pepper and flavored teas Overall I would recommend this rental to anyone visiting Savannah with a large family.

Perfect getaway!

This house is a perfect rental property for a larger family or group of friends. The neighborhood is nice and quiet away from the noises of River Street. My friends and I rented this property over Saint Patrick’s day weekend and it had plenty of room for our weekend trip, plus it was located a short drive from River Street. This house is huge! It has one bedroom on the main floor and three bedrooms upstairs. It has that historial feel with fireplaces in several of the rooms, and has tasteful minimal modern decor. Host was very communicative and responsive. Definitely would stay again!

Pretty Much as Advertised

Enjoyed our stay. Only negatives - the driveway is atrocious! Very uneven with huge bumps upon entering. Also providing Kleenex would seem appropriate. Everything else we needed was there.

Great house somewhat over sold

The house was in a great location. Near all the things we wanted to see. It was very clean and comfortable. The two beds downstairs were, as my wife said, were like sleeping on a nice a bed. Not the best mattresses.. the biggest complaint I have, is when we came back to the house after dark, there were no working lights on the front porch. I messaged the host and on the last night of our stay there was still no lights. If I return to Savannah again, I would consider this property, but will check out other options

Great Girl’s Getaway

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. Every time I contacted the management, they responded immediately and were always helpful. This property was perfect for our girl’s getaway. The house was large and we had plenty of room to spread out. It was a great time!
