Step through the doors into the inviting living room with hardwood floors, a new oversized sofa, and sitting chairs for lounging and streaming your favorite entertainment on the smart TV. Sunlight streams through the windows, infusing the space with warmth and airiness, while a cozy two-seat table offers a relaxing spot for a meal or catching up on correspondence.
Enjoy effortless cooking in the fully appointed galley kitchen, with all the essential accessories, including a fridge, range, dishwasher, and elegant granite countertops. Pour a glass of wine before gathering around the four-seat dining table, which can extend to accommodate up to eight guests, for a hearty meal and lively conversation.
Retreat one of the three elegantly furnished bedrooms, each offering a unique charm. The first bedroom boasts a queen bed adorned with crisp linens, antique furniture, and gleaming hardwood floors. The entire condo is for your use! We encourage you to use the rear porch just for hanging out at night, but please be mindful of your neighbors below and keep noises to a minimum after 10pm.

Park, you will be in the heart of historic Savannah and centrally located to
all the incredible eats, drinks, and sights Savannah has to offer. Stroll into
Forsyth Park from your door to enjoy Savannah’s beautiful mornings. Grab
breakfast at Collins Quarter at Forsyth, which has indoor and outdoor seating.
Looking for a sandwich and a pint?
Stroll on down to the Black Rabbit, a small yet incredible sandwich shop by
day, and pub by night. Need a taco fix? Try out Bull Street Tacos for
scratch-made Mexican dishes.
Looking for fine dining and a great
vibe? Head on over to Local 11 Ten and their chic rooftop bar and lounge known
as The Perch. Enjoy handcrafted cocktails and delicious dishes. The Perch is
open year-round and features gas heaters for cooler winter days.
Take an adventure outside of the neighborhood by visiting one of Savannah’s many museums. Getting Around:
Are you driving into town? This area offers free on-street parking. Be mindful of signs, as parking does rotate for street cleaning.

Getting around is easy with walkable streets, bike rentals, and Uber/Lyft service. Jump on Savannah’s public transit system with the Drayton and Gwinett NB at your doorstep. This free DOT trolley circulates downtown and provides ample stops at all the major attractions.
