Welcome to your condo in the heart of Golden, CO!

The condo is on the ground floor with a private entrance and no shared hallways. The complex has 8 units.

Golden is a former gold rush town at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Today it is a vibrant community that celebrates the history and welcomes visitors to enjoy world-class outdoor recreation, cultural attractions, and local charm.

This is a beautiful condo, very convenient. Golden is a fun place to visit. This condo is close to all the action but on a quiet side street.

Very clean. Everything works and exactly is described. Very close to restaurants, coors. Good place to stay if going to red rocks which is only about 15 mins away and is a reasonable uber ride.

What a great little place right on the edge of downtown Golden! It was clean, comfortable and had everything my teen daughter and I needed during a stay to go to a concert at Red Rocks. Loved having the grocery store as well as a beautiful hike within walking distance. Would stay again.

Perfect spot in Golden

The condo was perfect to visit Golden. We went to see the sunrise at Red Rocks, shopped in town, did a Coors tour (make reservations), visited Estes and the Rocky Mountain National Park (make reservations), and went to a concert at Red Rocks. Food in town was amazing. The condo had all we needed. We were very thankful for private parking as well.

Nice little place in a great location

We enjoyed our stay very much and Meg was great to work with! The condo was very nice and bed was comfortable. The unit is right next to a road but we couldnt hear the traffic. We were able to walk everywhere in the cute town of Golden. If you want to tour the Coors Brewery it is a very close walk as are all of the restaurants and shops in downtown Golden

I’ve been to a number of short term rentals in Golden and this was absolutely one of the best. The location simply can’t be beat, the unit was clean and modern, and the hosts were on top of it all. No notes. Super satisfied!

The heart of Golden

This property was the perfect size for my sister and I. It was a block away from the Main Street of Golden which was perfect for us because we love walking. The other nice thing is there is a grocery store basically across the street which is very convenient. The condo was incredibly clean and beautifully updated. I reached out to the property managers a few times and got very quick responses!

Convenient location

Our unit was a convenient distance from downtown Golden. We walked everywhere. I was concerned about noise from other units but it was quiet and relaxing. Really loved it!

Downtown Golden Stay

Great new property. Very comfortable for two people stay, maybe a third. The accommodations were clean, beautiful, easily accessible to downtown Golden. Walked easily to Mines as well as to old town Golden. I’m familiar to the area and have stayed in several VRBOs and this was one of the best. Would definitely stay there again and hope to have opportunities to do so. I’m worried after posting this, my chances will be slim because everyone will know about it now!

School of Mines visit

Great location, one block off of Washington Street. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and Mines. Place was nice and clean. It was a bit noisy when people above walked around but wasn’t an issue unless late at night. There was a white noise machine in bedroom which helped. We would stay here again.

Red Rocks stay

We thought the place eas amazing until day 4 of our stay when my adult daughter founds bugs in her hair and in the sheets. I know there is a bedbug epudemic, but it was a bit disconcering.
