Outside the neighborhood, you have quick access to bars, restaurants, stores, a museum, and a supermarket.
The space
The house has 2 bedrooms:
-Main room with en suite bathroom, with a queen bed (160cmx200cm) and a built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, 32" tv, wide windows with a view to the backyard, and pool. Work space, desk, and chair.
-The second bedroom has 1 twin bed and 1 twin bunk bed (90cmx190cm) next to a full bathroom.

The living room, dining room, and kitchen are distributed in a big space with wide and bright windows. The kitchen has dinnerware, and appliances (microwave, coffee machine, toaster, fridge with freezer, washing machine, Smart tv, dishwasher).

From the interior of the house, you can appreciate the open gallery with the barbeque and access to the small pool perfect for children and adult relaxation.

You will have access to the entire property being able to use all the amenities.
