The space

Relax in the inviting living area on the modular lounge that surrounds the wall-mounted smart TV with access to all your favourite streaming apps to keep everyone entertained. The sofa can also be converted into a comfortable bed for an additional two guests.

Step through into the large Hamptons-style chef’s kitchen that makes entertaining a breeze with high-end appliances and all the cookware, dinnerware, and utensils you could need. You’ll also have access to a full water filtration system that offers healthy alkaline water from every tap.
Enjoy a freshly brewed cup of coffee from the fully stocked coffee station with a selection of tea, coffee and sweeteners then sit up at the large breakfast bar island as you keep the chef company.

There are three generous bedrooms within the home that each offer luxuriously large king beds topped in soft, quality linen and plenty of space to unpack and make yourself right at home.

The master suite features a large wall-mounted tv – perfect for a movie night tucked up in bed, bedroom two offers view out over the neighbourhood while bedroom three is up in the stylish loft space and has its own mini kitchenette, a beanbag chair, and a roof-mounted TV.

You’ll find two sparkling bathrooms on each of the two floors. Bathroom one offers a luxe spa-like experience with a custom floating vanity, a smart toilet and a large walk-in shower equipped with a multi-jet rain shower unit. The second bathroom is located upstairs, is just as lavish and includes a full-size bath with all the essentials provided for you.

Guests also have full access to the laundry downstairs with a large washing machine and dryer along with complimentary detergent so you can pack light and wash on the go.

Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas including the wrap-around patio are decked balcony as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, complimentary coffee access to a washing machine and dryer in the laundry......

Other details to note:
Please note that there is a basement-level unit below the home so we ask that any loud noises like the TV or music to be kept to a minimum out of respect to the guests below and to respect the quiet time after 10pm.

We would also appreciate if guests could remove their shoes before upon entering the home and to refrain from running, as you can imagine this sound travels downstairs and would be very disruptive!
