Enjoy some rest and relaxation in this beautiful and quiet 1 bedroom 1.5 bath condo located in the highly sought after Magnolia Place in Myrtlewood. You will be close to the best the Grand Strand has to offer. Centrally located to many of Myrtle Beach's attractions. There are outdoor pools with grilling areas and walking / bike paths throughout for you to enjoy. You are just 5 minutes (1 mile) from the beach with public parking right on the ocean. Stunning view of the pool and golf course right off balcony. There are (2) 18-hole golf courses in Myrtlewood right on the property situated on the Intracoastal Waterway.

This condo is located near Myrtle Beach International Airport, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, The Ripken Experience, Tanger Outlets, Coastal Grand Mall, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, Family Kingdom Amusement Park, Ripley's Aquarium, Pirates Voyage, Myrtle Beach Convention Center, Coastal Carolina University, Market Common and much much more!

Comfortably sleeps 4 (One queen bed in master bedroom and one pull out sofa in living room). Sheets and towels (6 towels / 6 wash clothes) are provided. Washer/Dryer available in condo for your use!

Looking for a home away from home - you got it! Fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances.

A pool fob to access outdoor pools are included in your stay. Please note that pools are seasonal. (April 1 through October 31)

Myrtle Beach Getaway

Nice property. Easy location to get around to the beach, restaurants, and attractions. Perfect size condo for my wife and I to use as a home base for the week. Definitely would recommend and stay here again in the future when we are in the area.

Stayed here while my son played at the Ripken experience. Condo was exactly as described. Everything was clean, comfy and located close to everything we wanted to do. Would totally book again when and if we come back down. Thanks to our host for providing a great place and experience for family.

Great spot for a mini vacation

Magnolia Place at Myrtlewood was an easy choice for a central location! Close to all of the main attractions- but still a quiet, clean complex. Walking paths are available throughout the community for those who enjoy to take a walk. Below are a few of the places we frequent, by car:
