Fantastically located studio on Seaside Ave boasts a private lanai overlooking the cityscape, tastefully remodeled kitchenette and living space and secured garage parking. Nestled between the famous Kalakaua and Kuhio Avenues, the Marine Surf is steps away from Waikiki’s plentiful shopping, restaurants, activities and beaches. This beautifully designed home is a quick walk to Waikiki Beach, the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center and palm-tree dotted Ala Wai Canal. Permit Number: 2211-CCH-0325

This home is a remodeled studio with a kitchenette, full bath, private lanai and garage parking for one vehicle. This unit is located on the 11th floor. Elevators are available.

*Important to note* Exterior Concrete Repair & Painting Project starting on 10/27/25. Duration: approximately 6-12 months (weather & conditions permitting). Work hours: M-F, 8am-4:30pm (excluding weekends & holidays). Noise hours: 8:30am-4:30pm (jackhammering, grinding, and vibration expected). Outdoor lanai furniture will be moved inside & during lanai repairs, contractors may secure lanai doors from outside. For safety reasons, the pool will remain CLOSED during the entire duration of the project.

This ideally located home is tucked between the shop and restaurant-dotted Kuhio Ave and Kalakaua Ave. The Marine Surf is a secured building steps away from Duke’s Lane eateries, Starbucks, Jamb Juice and ABC Stores and a short stroll to Hilton Hawaiian Bay, Hilton Hawaiian Village, and Waikiki Beach. Easy access to Ala Moana Beach Park, Ala Moana Center, Diamond Head Monument/Hike, Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, Waikiki Zoo, and Waikiki Aquarium.

This unit is not part of the hotel pool. This property is independently owned and managed and does not offer/include daily cleanings or linen services.

Property close to everything. Nice and clean. Great for a couple, small for a family of 4-2 kids. Parking garage would’ve been a nightmare had a staff member not helped us. Extremely confusing but once you get the hang of it, it is what it is. The A/C in our room barely cooled the room. Barely. Other than the parking and a/c all was good but like I said- better suited for a couple based on the size

Great Spot! Only a few things I’d change!

Before I list pros and cons, I will start by saying we would absolutely stay here again!! Pros: 1. Location is AWESOME, the beach is so close and theres so many places around to shop and eat. 2. The reserved parking spot is a game changer if you have a car
we were confused how to get to our car from the elevator..you have to go to level 2! 3. The room was a perfect size for a couple
I probably wouldn’t want more than us two staying, maybe 1 kid but it’s perfect for 2 people! 4. Check in was a BREEZE! 5. The fridge was huge and the lanai was awesome
it was great to have a big tv and a dresser filled with drawers and a closet for our clothes. Cons: 1. This didn’t bother us but just want to mention if you’re expecting a quiet sleep
it is a very loud area, you’re right above a bar that plays live music every night. Again, we actually enjoyed this
we kept the sliding door open and listened to the music while we got ready for bed! 2. The bed is a full, so it is definitely small for a couple
but its doable..they only supply one blanket which felt very used
so we slept with the sheets. 3. The AC is not very strong so we had 2 fans going as well as the AC to try to keep the room cool. 4. The stopper in the tub doesnt work, it doesn’t suction so the water drains out but the tub is very outdated anyway so it wasn’t a space I really wanted to take a bath in
but the one night I did, I couldnt because the water drained out. 5. The toilet runs a lot.

Reviewer Comments: Unit is a good size for a couple- close to everything which is nice!! Tight with kids. Limited towels. Parking would’ve been a nightmare had a staff member not come out and explained it to us so thank you Joe!! Nice and clean. A/c unit needs to be replaced, barely cooled room. I am always cold but it was quite warm here. Safe area and safe property. One thing that can be an issue is checking in. No where to park and you have to go into the lobby to retrieve keys but as I mentioned, we had help so that made all the difference here. Otherwise, I would’ve ended up with a migraine because that’s just me!
