Cool and clean Waikiki studio with city views and a great location at the Hawaiian Monarch building. This unit features ac, smart tv, Wi-Fi and cable a short walk from Fort DeRussy Beach Park, Hilton Hawaiian Village, Ala Wai Canal and more. The Hawaiian Monarch is a secured building that includes a spacious sun deck with grilling area, pool, and hot tub steps away from Waikiki’s shopping, restaurants, nightlife and activities. Take a short stroll to Ala Moana Beach Park, Ala Moana Center, and Hawaiian Convention Center.

This spacious studio offers city views and sleeps 2. This unit is located on the 8th floor. Elevators are available.

This home includes a kitchenette with a hot plate (portable stove), microwave, coffee pot, mini fridge/freezer, dishes, cups, cutlery and basic cookware.

Building has 24/7 security, elevators and attached, secured garage.

Please note that the parking is not owned by or offered by us. It is ran by a separate company with no affiliation with this rental, and prices and availability are subject to change at any time.

You’re definitely getting what you pay for, which is a decent room in a great area. Close to so many shops and the beach within a ten minute walk. Across the street from a parking lot full of food trucks. The room and bathroom was decently clean. Bed was fine to sleep in. If you want to feel like you’re a college student again staying in a dorm room, it’s pretty much that vibe. Did have to call management once and was on hold for a while but they assisted me pretty quickly. Would stay here again for this price point.

I have to go thru a lot of miscommunication in regards to how to check in and the whole process but I manage to take care of it.

Horrible, mattress was so hard, I wasn’t able to sleep much the entire time. I had to purchase my own mattress topper. The bathroom had drywall work done and wasn’t painted. The ceiling fan in the bathroom was falling down and the dust kept falling on the toilet. The bathroom was filthy. I emailed the host/management company on multiple occasions during my 3 week stay and no response. I would not recommend at all.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vertical blinds on the window didn’t work. So is impossible to sleep with all the lights coming into the room. I reported , but no one did anything. The fridge was leaking water from the left corner, so I have to place towels to keep the mess to a minimum. The cleaning lady’s did not have enough time to clean the room , so the floors were not mopped there was a man underwear’s behind the tv stand. No one came to clean the room between my stay. The kitchen did not have light, so is hard to see when one is trying to cook a meal. Only one key was given to us. So it was difficult to stay in the room if the other person wanted to go out the other person did not have the key for the elevator or for the hot tub room.
