We had a fantastic stay. It was perfect size for two people and a 5 minute walk from the shops and the beach. It was a great perk to be able to cook small meals here. We hope to return soon!

Quaint rental with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a great night’s rest and were ready to hit the beaches and do some shopping the next day. The host was friendly and communicative, which made check-in easy. Only downside was the limited parking, but overall a great stay!

It was surrounded by plenty of local dining options. I love the local food. Parking was very difficult and we had to pay $45 per day 4 blocks from our condo. Parking at the condo was extremely limited.

Just right for a quick getaway for two

The room was just what my husband and I needed when staying in Waikiki for 3 nights. There are shops, restaurants and the beach within walking distance. The only downside for us was the parking lot is very small (holds maybe 10 cars and it is public parking, not just for guests of the building) and when we came back very late (2am) it was full. Even the alternative garage the owners told us about was full, as was every other garage in the area. We had to drive around for an hour before finally finding somewhere to park and had to walk back to the room.

This place is perfect for someone wanting to make the most of waikiki and not blow the budget. Everything is close and walkable. Would stay here again.

Nice Studio in Waikiki

This studio is very efficient and close to everything in Waikiki. We walked every where. The bus and trolley stops are close by. Note this is a studio unit with no view. It was perfect for us as we spent every day exploring and had family near by that we visited each day. The unit is clean. Has AC, you are responsible for emptying the condensation bucket, not a deal breaker for us. The bed is very comfortable. Well stocked unit, kitchen, bathroom, beach chairs, towels, umbrella, snorkel equipment, floaties and more. All you need to enjoy Waikiki. Managers are very communicative and responsive. Check in and out was easy. We would stay here again.

Perfect location in Waikiki!

This condo was perfect for my weeklong stay in Oahu! The listing was spot on. I was worried about staying at a condo vs a hotel but I actually enjoyed it more. It was as if I had my own place in one of the world's most beautiful places in the world! It is a block away from the famous Waikiki beach & is on Kuhio Ave. where there are so many shops & restaurants to choose from. Food Pantry is down the street & the 24-hr convenience store downstairs comes in handy. There is a security guard, as well as cameras in the main areas, & a special key to get into AND up the elevator so it was very safe. The property was very, very clean. I worried about the reviews of OTHER condos in the area with roaches so I was half-way expecting to see some. There were NONE! What impressed me the most is how much attention to detail was put into the room. There was an extra table & chairs, iron & board, induction cook top, microwave, fridge w/freezer, coffee pot, tea kettle, pots/pans, plates, bowls, glasses, coffee mugs, wine glasses, utensils, AND even potholders & Pyrex bowls. Saved $ on some meals! There were also plenty of towels, beach towels, kleenex, toilet paper, paper towels, & cleaning supplies. There was even a laundry basket, broom, & a lavender body wash/shampoo. There are more that I did not list, but I am telling you, Alexei & Matthew thought of everything! It was a perfect size for 2 people w/plenty of space to spare. I would definitely recommend this rental to everyone! It is within walking distance to everything and the owners are very accommodating & honest. My deposit was returned to me almost immediately & Alexei always answered his phone & responded to my e-mails right away. *Few tips: -Laundromat downstairs closes at 8pm -Parking is $15/24 hr. Seems small but space always available. Towing is no joke so make sure to get a parking ticket before old one expires. Otherwise, there are other parking lots down the street that you can pay weekly or each time you exit. -Garbage chute on the other side of the elevators -A cute balcony that faces lots of condos that may remind you of the projects because there are so many, but it's not a big deal. Come on, you're in Hawaii, why would you be on the balcony instead of the beach anyways?!? -No pool or gym like some hotels offer, but again, the outdoors are your pool & gym! Cannot beat the location, cleanliness, amenities, price, & awesome owners! Looking forward to my next stay! :) Thanks Alexei & Matthew!

The property was perfect to meet our needs to experience a mix of activities in the area. We especially liked the kitchen area to save on eating out and the great hot showers! Little hideaway in Honolulu

Great little condo that is close to the beach and amazing food. It was really easy to get in and the managers also responded very quickly. I would nightly recommend staying here!

The owner responded fast to our needs when we needed them. The kitchen was OK in general. We had everything we needed to cook and we had a lot of meals in our 2 months. The principal advantage was that we were close to the beach and buses. There was a lot of restaurants close by and supermarket to buy our foods. Tks to the owner for this nice experience. Very tiny yet cozy space. The room was clean, provided daily essentials, such as towels, a few toiletries, kitchen utensils/appliances and laundromat downstairs. Location was perfect, a 2-3 min walk to the beach, close to many food shops, including the Musubi Cafe & food truck next door which was a plus! Alexei was very helpful with our queries and quickly expedited minor issues. Would definitely recommend for anyone that is looking for a comfortable place to stay in and planning to go out and about to explore the beautiful island of Oahu.

Always return with a smile

We have been staying here for a number of years and it has served us well. The unit is clean and adequate. Its proximity to the beach and all amenities made our stay most enjoyable. The owners really take care of the place and the up keep of the suite is well maintained. They are also very accommodating in terms of late check out as well. Good luck getting into suite as it's so popular. Quite a gem.

It has been our favorite vacation spot for over 15 years, now we can finally call it our home.
This charming studio is our second acquisition on the island, and we are happy to share it with visitors to the beautiful Hawaii.

This Studio offers the best value. One and a half block from the most famous beach in the world, one block from the best shopping areas, and the fun and lively Kalakaua street. Hyatt, Hilton, Westin and Marriott are about a block away, but you'll pay only a fraction of what they would charge for often an inferior room and service.
