Cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment on front of horse barn. Split bedroom floor plan with family room/kitchen combo in the middle. Micro kitchen has small fridge, microwave, Keurig, dishes and utensils. Bathroom features a custom vessel sink and tile shower with rain water head. Everyone raves about the shower!
We are a 220 acre farm with an electric gate and full fence across the front of the property. Pets are welcome with plenty of airing space. 1 pasture maybe available for horses at an additional cost. If you are in town for a field trial additional training space with a pond may be available at an additional cost. ( all animals must be UTD on shots and horses must have neg Coggins). We are located a very short distance to H Copper Black, Chesterfield, Cheraw and Hartsville. You will love the privacy, space in and out of the apartment and we have the most gorgeous sunsets.

This is a working farm so you will see us out doing our chores but we give our guests their privacy. We do live on the property and there is a dog trainer that lives in another apartment on the property full time as well.

DirectTV and wifi are available. Wifi can sometimes be slow due to location.
