Charming 2-Story Home Near Boston, Tuscan Village

WELCOME to our beautiful & centrally located 3 bed 1 bath, 2 story property in Salem, New Hampshire, where you'll be just minutes away from all the action! Our home is situated near Canobie Lake Park theme park & located off of Exit 1 in NH (Rt 93) near the Massachusetts border (2 min away), straight shot to Boston (35-40 min), Manchester (20 min) & mountains or beaches (45 min) away.

For those who want to enjoy shopping & dining, the beautiful Tuscan Village is just a 2 min drive away. Our property is also located near main street & Rt 28, providing a convenient & lively atmosphere filled with local shops & restaurants.

Ample on-premise parking. Recessed lighting, beautiful subway tiles and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances create a warm & inviting atmosphere.
Our two-story home is located on a dead end street & offers ample living space & can comfortably accommodate up to six guests with three queen beds. The main level consists of a 1st floor primary bedroom across from the spacious bathroom, cozy living room & a fully equipped kitchen. The upper level features two spacious bedrooms, each with its own queen-sized bed. Pets are welcome for a $100 pet fee.

Please note that parties & events are not allowed on the property. Our policy is in place to ensure the safety & comfort of all guests, as well as to respect our neighbors and their peaceful enjoyment of their homes.
There are 2 exterior cameras installed on the outside, street facing, doors. These cameras are in place to provide an additional layer of security for our guests. The cameras record both video and sound, but only in the exterior areas of the property.
The footage from these cameras will only be used for security purposes or in the event of an incident. There are no cameras or sound recording devices inside the property.
**If you book and cancel your stay and it is within the refund period we will refund the percentage according to our refund policy and subtract the credit card processing fee charged to us.**

The property fit just right for use and what we needed, could use a few curtains in the small windows in bedroom up stairs just for light blocking and some tlc in some spots but overall no real issues

The property is just what we needed. It is convenient to shopping and to the interstate. The house could use a little more TLC and a dishwasher would be a welcomed add.

Just what we needed

The space was just right for 5 of us to gather for the weekend and to attend an event nearby. The living room space was perfect for friends catching up. The kitchen was stocked with enough items for us to do some light cooking. Beds were comfortable and there were ample linens. We had been a bit worried about 1 bathroom for 5 adults getting ready to go out at the same time but it was fine. Hot water did not run out and the bathroom was well stocked. There was also an iron and ironing table which came in handy! If we had stayed longer the laundry facilities would have been helpful as well. There were some games and some distractions for kids and some amenities for pets which we didn't need but was nice to see available. Overall it suited our needs and the location was convenient to pretty much anything you might want in the area plus had ample parking. There were some small unexpected finds which we communicated with the host about. Likely things that had been overlooked by cleaning crews that have to work quickly between rentals. Nothing that ruined the short stay for us. Communication was good so that's a big plus. We'd check out the property again if anything brought us back to the area.

Reliability

This was my third vacation I reserved with Vrbo. No place is perfect but this was very accommodating and clean. The property manager was very helpful and easy to reach. Centrally located between Manchester and Boston

Like having temperature control in every room. The house was clean and comfortable with a nice size kitchen. Appreciated having three bedrooms, dining and living area. The drive to downtown Boston wasn’t very far.

Just like the pictures

The house has everything you need. Great location. It does not show the outside but there is a deck with a grill. I believe it is a shared deck with the "B" side but was nice to be able to cookout. Someone parked close to the grill but we worked around it.
