This house is located in largely sought-after Beacon Hill/Columbia City, and is a peaceful, homely and wonderful place to stay. The convenient location is ideal in Seattle; it's very close to many grocery stores (PCC, QFC, Safeway...), restaurants, parks, public transportation methods, VA Medical Center, International District, Downtown, and much more... You can essentially go anywhere from this home.
There is a short distance walk to several bus stops and the link light rail station, from which you can go to locations such as Pike Place Market, Downtown Seattle, Sports Stadiums, Capitol Hill, the airport and UW Husky Stadium.

The home was in excellent condition. The furniture was lovely and amble. The 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms are on the lower level, just FYI.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay at this roomy house! Everything was as described, and we had everything we needed to be comfortable. Highly recommend Flora Bakehouse for breakfast and Tutta Bella for dinner!

Comfy beds and great showers

Quiet convenient location. We got great sleep on the comfy beds and enjoyed the updated showers. The no shoes in the house threw us off a little bit but the accommodations were great for our family. Tom was very responsive.

Weekend getaway

Stayed here for a few nights for a concert at T Mobile park. House was as listed - easy check in and communication! Area of town was fairly quiet. Driveway is narrow and tight to park two vehicles if you come with more than one but we made it work. Quick drive from the house to get down to T Mobile Park and Pike Place Market! Overall an enjoyable stay.

Precruise stay

Stayed 2 nights prior to cruise departure, house was exactly what it said it would be. Be sure to add the South at the end of the address if you order any delivery or ride share. Communication with owner was easy with quick responses. Check in/out was easy. Wonderful stay

Birthday/Mariners Weekend getaway

Nice, clean house. Quiet neighborhood. Good, central location. Near light rail station. I only had a couple of questions for Tom prior our arrival and he responded within a timely matter. We would stay here again.

Time in Seattle

We stayed at MidBeacon Hill due to the fact we had doctors appointments in Seattle and Federal Way so this property was centrally located for that and also we wanted to do some fun trips into Seattle. The house was comfortable for all of us the deck was wonderful to sit out on in the evenings. Beds were very comfortable. Would stay again.

Great home with everything you need. Will need extra Keurig pods if you drink more then a cup a day. Kitchen well stocked and back patio is a nice place to gather after a busy day.

It is a quiet and comfortable home. It was clean and the beds were very nice. The central A/C worked great. There are some minor repairs that could be done but they didn't affect us. It is a 2 story home with the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs and the living area and 1 bathroom at entry level. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

My wife and I with our kids enjoy traveling very much, and we try to travel somewhere new every year! While we travel away, we were thinking about our hometown and realized pacific northwest is awesome place, so we opened our space on VRBO.
We would love for guests to travel to Seattle and explore what our mazing hometown has to offer.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

There is a nice, spacious living room area, with a view of the flora nearby. Hallways and rooms are warmly lit! This house has stairs that lead to the lower level of the house. All 3 bedrooms are located on the lower level and are all supplied with top-of-the-line bedding and pillows. Also on the lower floor are 2 full bathrooms. 1 guest bathroom is located near the top of the stairs. Master Bedroom has a full King-sized bed, Bedroom #2 and Bedroom #3 both have queen sized beds.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

It is setting in Cul-de sac, private and quiet place; It's easy to access public transportation such as the Link Light Rail, which goes all the way to the UW (Stadium), or to Angle Lake, SeaTac Airport, and the bus route 106 on MLK. On Rainier, the 36 goes to the International District! Also, you can simply just walk to Columbia City for great places to eat.
