Fun in the Hills

Perfect vacation getaway. Great location to explore and experience the Black Hills. Centrally located, in between Rapid City, Deadwood and Hill City. It is a short trip away from any adventure in the hills. Many Hiking, biking and ATV trails close by as well as being only a few miles from both Pactola Reservoir and Sheridan Lake.

The cabin itself is like a park setting. Wildlife is seen almost daily and there is a small creek running through the property. There are many outdoor activities and games allowed. There is a huge deck to sit out and enjoy the fire pit and take in the views.

The main level has a full kitchen and dining room. There are two bedrooms each with queen size beds and one full bathroom. Upstairs has one large bedroom with 1 queen and 1 full bed. There is also a full bath with a jacuzzi tub. There is also a small seating area.

Downstairs there is a twin day bed with twin trendle as well. There is also a full sized air hockey table. Down here you will also find 1 bath and living space to sit and lounge.

There is Wi-Fi provided and can be used for Wi-Fi calling. Can also be used for streaming and entertainment.

Family Time

Loved our stay and would definitely return again. We made good use of the volleyball, badminton and foosball table. Greatly appreciated the close proximity to Pactola Lake and the overall beauty of the area is amazing!

Great fun for our family

We loved being in the wilderness but not too far off the main road. It's the perfect spot to be in the middle of the Black Hills. Only bad thing is that part of the main road is closed for construction so many thing took longer to get to, but that is just timing of our vacation. Normally this would be great. There were toys and games for the kids on the property and plenty of outdoor space. The area is amazingly quiet and peaceful. The beds were comfortable and there would be more room for beds in the upstairs room.

Family friendly beautiful updated cabin!

Lovely cabin in the heart of the black hills! Had all of the things to keep kids safe and entertained, as well as the adults! The decor in the cabin was beautiful and had all the supplies for those of us who traveled long distances not to have to pack! We were excited to see an air frier and well stocked kitchen utensils/supplies! We could literally bring our suitcases and groceries in and relax! We felt close to all the sites we wanted to see! Would recommend this VRBO to anyone and would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to the area!

Needs more guest amenities

We had a hard time with the heat as the air conditioning apparently doesn’t work. There are no fans in each room, and it was a struggle. We had to leave to go get fans in rapid city for ourselves. We enjoyed but it was hard to get rest. I think more thought to what guests would need would be recommended.
