FRESHLY RENOVATED BATHROOMS COMING SOON, completion at the end of December 2023

Stretch out in this charming ranch-style home 30 minutes from Denver International Airport, a 20 minute walk to the Light Rail station, with two living rooms and a large backyard.

This is a CHILD friendly home and property. There is NO SMOKING OR DRUG USE allowed in the home, or anywhere on the property. If there is evidence of smoking, drug use, or the smell of smoke or drugs, a $1,000 penalty will be imposed.

No parties or events.

The property:
- Netflix and HBO subscriptions (or you can login to your own accounts)
- Stable Wi-Fi
- Kiddo and pet friendly (baby bathtub, pack-n-play, highchair, and baby/toddler toys are supplied at the home
- 25 minute walk or 10 minute drive to Light Rail station, get to Downtown Denver, DIA, etc.
- Keurig, Drip Coffee Maker, French Press and coffee grinder
- Washer/dryer & air conditioner
- BRAND NEW Tankless Water Heater!

Short Term Rental License #23-53 approved by City of Northglenn

You are free to use the entire home and the backyard.

Parking
Semi-circle drive - 2-3 vehicles
Gravel drive to left of home - room for 4-5 cars, or (with advance notice) an RV

We (the owners) live two miles away, so if any issues arise we can be there quickly to figure things out.

Pets are welcome with a $150 fee per stay. We ask that you pick up any waste from your pets, and keep them off the furniture.

Keep noise to a minimum after 9pm.

There are TWO video cameras on the property: one above the front door, and one on the side of the garage overlooking the backyard.

Groups of visitors that may signify a party or a neighborhood disturbance are not allowed.

Huge backyard & good layout

Great location with a huge backyard - perfect for a dog or kiddos with a great fence. Place had good wifi and air conditioning - necessary during the hot months.

I live with my spouse and kiddo in Thornton, CO. This is the home we brought our daughter home to, and the first property we ever purchased. Traveling with our daughter and staying in short term rentals has given us insight to what a family might need, so our goal was to refine our property for kids and give people space to spread out.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We bought this property because of the size of the lot! We have a large gravel backyard as well as a zeroscaped front yard (water savings is also a goal of ours). It's an older neighborhood built in the mid 60's so it's close to Denver without being ostentatious, and all the homes have ample space between them.
