This home, that hosts up to 12-14, is situated right in the middle of Boulder and Denver, and has easy access to all of your mountain adventures. Host your holiday gatherings or meet your family in Denver over the holidays.
You can watch the sunrise over the lake or take a morning walk on the trails. The great room is perfect for entertaining large or small gatherings alike. Hang out at the island, or lounge on the oversized couch, while taking in the views with the floor to ceiling windows. The open yet formal dining area can host any holiday or dinner. Offered is a main floor Master bedroom with a King Bed and en suite, equipped with a full bath and shower, soaking tub and luxurious walk in closet. Also on the main floor, is another bedroom with a Queen Bed and full bathroom. You'll also find a large laundry room located centrally on thew main floor. Head down stairs, and find a third large bedroom with a King Bed, walk in closet and full bathroom. You will also find a set of comfortable full sized bunk beds, suitable for 2 couples or families alike. Enjoy the large rec room, with a shuffleboard and theater style space.
