This one-story home has a tropical feel with its palm trees, pool and spa. The pool is sparkling to perfection for those hot summer days! Both king rooms and 2 additional queen bedrooms allow for plenty of space for friends and family for a fun weekend getaway in the heart of Tempe. Greenery surrounds this outdoor kitchen with stainless steel appliances, perfect for barbecuing. Perfect for relocation or visiting an ASU student or just wanting to be in the middle of metro Phoenix to play some golf or catch a MLB Spring Training game.

Step inside to this home and the fun begins with the game room, complete with a large tv to watch the game, a bar for the mixologist in the group to have some fun and ping pong. Into the main part of the home you will find an open concept kitchen, living room and dining area. The kitchen has has been fully remodeled with everything included you will need to prepare a meal or a BBQ. The quartz breakfast bar seats 4 for a quick breakfast or a chat and it right next to the dining table that seats 6 comfortably. The living room has seating for everyone and has an additional large TV and cozy indoor fireplace too.

Down the hall you will find four great bedrooms including the KIng Primary Bedroom with en-suite bath and TV. The second king room is spacious and inviting and there are two more private queen bedrooms also. The three bedrooms share a hall bath with a tub and shower combination and double sinks.

The south facing backyard is where you will spend your time. Enjoy the AZ sunshine from the sparkling pool or the sun loungers. There are two separate covered spaces. One is a covered pergola with an outdoor kitchen and gas built in grill and the other has seating poolside and includes a fire pit for evenings watching the copper sky sunset famous here.

The pool is not heated at this one, but the home does have super fast wifi and large driveway and covered carport and is located in a iddelic neighborhood. Book today and start making memories. Pool provided as an amenity and is NOT HEATED.

TEMPE
Tempe is a city just east of Phoenix, in Arizona. Its striking Tempe Center for the Arts hosts concerts, dance and comedy shows. Nearby, Tempe Town Lake is dotted with kayaks, pedal boats and paddleboards. Tempe Beach Park hosts outdoor festivals. Rising above the city, Hayden Butte is a mountain dotted with centuries-old rock art. Sporting events and concerts are held at Wells Fargo Arena. ASU is a centerpiece of Tempe and Tempe is also conveniently located 15 minutes from the also popular Scottsdale.

Nice comfortable property!
We came down for a week of Spring Training and found this property to be very clean and well appointed. It had all the amenities that we needed. Check in process was great and the touch pad was super helpful with listing things to do in the area. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate, so we did not get a chance to use the pool! Had minimal contact with the property management and overall our stay was very good - would definitely recommend and hopefully return next year.

Terrible communication and up keep of this property.
We arrived late and had a seven hour trip and we were all tired and Problems started since we first got to the property. The keypad that is used to unlock the front door sticks it took multiple times to open the door. We went outside to see the pool and one of my family members falls through a damaged plastic cover near the pool. There’s no hot water in the kitchen. In One of the bathrooms the knob that controls the water temperature did not work and the water temperature was super cold. So 7 people had to share one bathroom. One of the towel holders was loose. In one of the bedrooms the closet door was loose came off and hit one of my family members was putting their clothes away. It was late so I contacted the property management in the morning. It started with a text to them. They advised me to contact a phone number and put a maintenance ticket. And asked if it was an emergency when I texted them what happened the communication stopped. They did not respond back. I contacted the phone number and was sent to a voicemail. I was never contacted by anyone nor did anyone come to fix the problem. I would not recommend this property. I will not be staying in any property that is overseen by Elite Vacation Rentals they have horrible communication and are non-responsive.
