The Cottage offer one-bedroom with a sofa bed, sleeps 4 persons.
The one-bedroom accommodations that line quaint streets at the resort with welcoming front porches complete with rocking chairs and copper roof details. Our one-bedroom unit is complete with gas fireplaces. Truly a private residential experience. available Wi-Fi, flat screen cable TV with DVD player in living room, TVs in all bedrooms, private decks and patios with chairs and/or rockers and barbecue grills throughout.
The kitchen includes all cooking utensils and cookware, full-size refrigerator and electric range, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Small amenities include linens, ironing board and iron, clock radio, phones and a vacuum sweeper.

Great stay overall for a student on residence. Great place to study cook dinner, quite nights, pool, workout facilities. The community needs to work on trash cleanup as there seems to always be bits of trash on the lawn

One week visit to Williamsburg
We loved the size and location of this condo. There was good storage space and the properties felt very safe. However, the grounds were not well attended. The mulch beds looked like they had been neglected all summer. The condo could stand an upgrade.
We had to call maintenance 4 times. First call was concerning a light being out over the shower, the sink plunger not working and the sliding glass door not opening. With the back door, the maintenance guy gave the door a strong tug and the door opened. That was the last time anyone gave any attention to the door. The maintenance crew always arrived within 10 minutes of getting called.
