Instead of charging a standard nightly rate that includes a variety of amenities and services, we give you the choice to select only the options that you truly want. This way, you’re not paying for extras that you may not use, (like wood or WIFI), allowing us to keep our base rates low. Whether you’re looking for a rustic experience or one with a bit more of the extras, you have the freedom to customize your visit to suit your preferences and budget.

Enjoy the ambiance of an electric ​fireplace (available from November to May) while watching your favorite shows on a 50" smart TV. A dining room table with chairs and an office desk and chair ​offer added convenience for meals and remote work.

Fully Equipped Kitchen for Delicious Meals
Prepare your favorite dishes with ease in a kitchen equipped with everything you need: a stove, microwave, coffee maker (for both grounds and pods), fridge, ​freezer, and air fryer. We’ve provided some spices and condiments to enhance your culinary experience. Note: The oven is currently not in working ​order, but you can also enjoy outdoor cooking at the firepit.

Practical Details
Parking is conveniently located just steps from your camper, making it easy to come and go as you explore the area. We are ideally situated between Hartford, ​TN, and Hot Springs, NC, both less than 30 minutes away. You don’t need a 4WD vehicle to access the site, and our directions are simple and straightforward. ​No pulling onto or parking on the grass.

Take advantage of the nearby attractions and outdoor activities. Whether it’s hiking the breathtaking trails, fishing in the creek, or enjoying a guided kayak trip ​with our friend, an ACA L4 kayak instructor, there's something for everyone. The Cosby entrance to the Smoky Mountains is also nearby, offering a gateway to ​stunning landscapes and adventure.

Please note that there is no cell tower service anywhere in the area, but Wi-Fi is offered as an Optional item.

You can enhance your stay with our optional items such as a sheets and towels package, Wi-Fi, fresh eggs, a large package of s’mores, cast iron cookware for the firepit, and access to laundry facilities. This approach ensures you get the experience you want at a price that fits your budget.
