The living room has a sectional couch with additional chairs and seating to comfortably seat all while you're watching the 55" Smart TV or enjoying some quiet time with family and friends.

The spacious primary bedroom features a King bed, huge closet, and office desk. For those with very small children, you'll have plenty of room for a Pack-n-Play for your little one.

The second bedroom sleeps 4 with bunkbeds, two twins on the bottom and a full size bed on the top. There is a 3-drawer dresser, a large closet, and some extra seating as well.

There is also an eat-in kitchen, a full bathroom (no tub, just shower), central air, washer/dryer, free WIFI and two dedicated off-street parking spots, and plenty of free on-street parking too!

5 beach chairs are provided for your convenience - we ask that you clean them off prior to your departure for the enjoyment of the next guests.

Please note:
1) In order to rent our home, we require the primary renter/occupant to be 25 years of age and/or older (required by our Condominium Association).

2) From June 24, 2023 through September 16, 2023 we only allow Saturday to Saturday rentals (7-night minimum stay).
