ABSOLUTELY STUNNING condominium at Lake of the Ozarks!
Make memories whether you are looking for a solo trip, family friendly vacation, or romantic getaway. This unit has been completely remodeled with BRAND NEW furnishings and is now ready to accommodate guests! This one- bedroom-one- bathroom is perfect for 1-4 people to relax and unwind!

Effective Feb 1, 2024 - We will no longer have a gas grill.

Located in the popular, family friendly complex of Heron Bay. Situated at the 20.5 mile marker in the protection of the cove but with a main channel view.
By water or by land this unit is conveniently located. Close to everything the lake has to offer! Walmart and Dierbergs are closely located for groceries and drinks. If you need a night off from cooking, it is located a quick boat ride or car ride to many great waterfront restaurants, such as Redhead Yacht Club, Dog Days, Backwater Jacks, and for breakfast you must try Paradise. The Outlet mall, putt putt golf, and go carting can be found only a few miles away.

This lakefront property is a TOP floor unit, vaulted ceilings and is luxuriously furnished with quality and comfortable modern furnishing. The kitchen features a stove/oven, microwave, coffee machine and is equipped with everything you need to create a great meal.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, smart tv, and a door to create privacy from the living area.
The living area is spacious and features the pullout sofa bed that can accommodate 2 additional guests. Lined with glass sliding doors that lead to the balcony that overlooks the lake. If you’re able to take your eyes off the outdoor view there is also a flat screen tv and Roku in this common area.

To make your stay more enjoyable we give you the convenience of traveling light. We supply linens, 5 bath towels, 2 paper towel rolls, 10 garbage bags, 3 rolls of toilet paper, and soaps (such as shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent). We also have a full-size washer and dryer for your extended stays in the complex office which is separate from the condo unit.

*Boat launch and trailer parking for $5/night. Must register with office to receive permit prior.

Just the two of us.

This was a great place for a couples getaway. Golf, fishing and relaxing in the pool. Such friendly and helpful people everywhere. We enjoyed the beautiful lake, trees and wildlife of Missouri. Shelia and Jeff are great hosts!

A very nice plaace for two people

The stairs didnt bother us but there are stairs to climb for those that struggle with them. The unit well appointed, clean and has a comfortable bed and nice deck. It is an all around nice place to stay. THANKS!

Love the Ozarks

The new condo on the water was great. Perfect for 2 people. Was easy to get to and lots of places near by. We were worried about the steps being on the 4 floor but they were easy. I just had a knee replacement and I had no problem.

Cute Condo

This condo is located right next to the pool. There is no dishwasher in this unit. It was clean and decorated nicely. We especially enjoyed spending time on the balcony where we could enjoy the view of the lake and also watch the TV on the deck. We would stay here again and will recommend to others. Thanks for enjoyable anniversary trip.

Great location and great service. We had some trouble with the wifi and with one text they were on it! That was very much appreciated. Since we went during the off season the pool was not open, but if you were to go in the summer, this would be an ideal place to.stay.
