The house is gorgeous! Perfect for couples or a family with children who will love the kid’s rooms. It is relaxing and has every amenity you could possibly need. Carlton Landing has something for everyone. The host is so kind and helpful! We will definitely stay there again.

We absolutely loved this place, we will so be back ! It was extremely clean and had all the supplies we needed to cook and beach towels of course! The owner was so amazing with everything!

Excellent place to stay!

5 stars all the way! This property was perfect for our weekend getaway with the family. It's location is perfect to access all the fun. It was clean and the owner was very responsive and available, even offered suggestions on activities! We will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful home!

The home was very well appointed but yet very livable and comfortable! We cooked some meals in the wonderful open kitchen and enjoyed down time with plenty of seating in the living area to watch movies after a day at the lake. Would love to stay again!

Beautiful house and great owner

The house is beautiful, big, clean and comfortable! The neighborhood is incredible but I bet is much better in summer to enjoy the lake, host is really kind, the attention was great!

Beautiful Home

The pictures don’t lie! The home was beautiful with all of the right appointments for everything you will need to have a very comfortable stay. The owner is so attentive and responsive as well, checking in on us and making sure we were taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommend this property!!

Great getaway to Carlton Landing

Property is located on the bend that has a private green, fire pit, and outdoor dining area. This was perfect for the kids to run around and play. Short walk or ride to the Meeting House and the lake. House is beautiful, clean, spacious, and perfect for a family. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home on The Bend!

Southern Charm is a lovely home in a great location. It has beautiful furnishings, comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. The bunk beds and loft were my daughters favorite. Communication with the owner was a breeze and he checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Such a fun weekend and we can’t wait to come stay again!

What a fun place!

This property was fabulous! It is decorated so beautiful and very comfortable. We enjoyed the screened in porch with the best porch swing ever! It was a great place to take a peaceful nap! The property was pristine. Carlton Landing and this house go hand in hand for a memory making family vacation. We will definitely be back!

Pretty close to perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful and very clean. Given the minimal dining options in Carlton Landing, a fully equipped kitchen allowed us to make every meal at the house. Very comfortable furniture in the living room, great beds. We really enjoyed relaxing on the screened in porch. Scott was a great host. We hope to visit and stay here again!
