Brand new construction home in newly built neighborhood. Very safe neighborhood with private location in suburban area that borders more rural areas. A bit in the country but Close to Montgomery, Kenwood, Blue Ash, Kings Island, TPC River's bend, and more. Just what you need for your large group. Features blazing fast internet, work spaces, peace and comfort, all in a quiet centrally located neighborhood. each room has its own High definition Flat screen television. Very quiet neighborhood.
Newly Built in 2022. The home is nestled in a quiet suburban neighborhood. The space is relaxing and comfortable. It is the kind of space that is easy to make your home. There are HD flat screen tv's in every room and blazing fast internet. The space is very usable for a small group or family.
Guests have entire and private access to the home- It's your home!

If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.
