This is a family-friendly property. The house has balconies off some of the the bedrooms and two outdoor porches in which to enjoy the outdoor views and the beautiful sunrises. There is a children's park below the property that has a splash pad. There is awalking trail that follows the river and a couple of restaurants, with out door seating close by.

The house had plenty of space for 7 people. The kitchen had great equipment for cooking our meals. The location was central to our planned activities. We enjoyed watching the activities along the river. Highly recommend.

This property is amazing! It has a great location overlooking the river. It's very clean, we had everything we needed in the kitchen, and it's decorated so cute! We will be staying here again for sure.

Unbeatable views, great location, and plenty of space! Our family of 7 met up here for a weekend trip, and we could not have picked a better spot. The house is incredibly charming and sits perfectly on the bluffs overlooking the stunning Missouri River. We all stayed very comfortably with plenty of room to relax together. As a fun bonus, we even got to watch a groundhog hanging out on the property! The location is fantastic—peaceful and scenic, yet we were still able to easily walk to a few great places to eat downtown. Everything was immaculate, cozy, and well-thought-out. Watching the river was the absolute highlight of our trip. Highly recommend this hidden gem for group or family getaways!

The home was absolutely beautiful and perfectly equipped for our stay! Not knowing how hilly Atchison was, the only suggestion would have been a note to prepare us for a large climb up the hill from the bottom entrance. I had to put my pickup in 4-wheel drive due to the steepness and gravel. No major issue, it just gave us a giggle upon our arrival. :)

Amazingly clean with the most beautiful view! We appreciated the kid friendly activities supplied and the host was great with communication. The house was so comfortable and accommodating, absolutely recommend! We are missing the stunning sunrises already!

The hosts were very accomodating, and they did a grest job remodeling the house. The finishes fixtures are very nice, and the view of the river off the deck is special.

Such a beautiful home, with outstanding views. Sandy was so kind, accommodating and thoughtful. The house is so well equipped and comfortable. The gravel driveway is a bit steep so I suggest following the directions that are sent from the host for best accessibility.
