The space
Side B of this duplex home features 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths with 2 pullout sofas for additional sleeping. This beautiful marshfront property features a large, partially covered porch/balcony facing the Marsh for amazing sunsets and unparalleled wildlife viewing. An outdoor patio and gas grill make the perfect spot for cookouts and crab boils along the Marsh. A boat dock, kayaks, SUP, life jackets & crabbing gear are all available for guest use, though these special amenities are shared between guests on Sides A and B. When it comes to ocean/beach time, beach access is just steps across the street and easily accessible from the home . No matter what you crave, HipNautic has you covered!

Watch the sunrise over the ocean from the rooftop deck each morning, take a leisurely kayak journey along the tidal creeks, feast upon freshly caught fish & blue crab for dinner, then watch the sunsets over the Marsh at night from anywhere on the back side of the home. These are just a few of the many reasons this beautiful home is a favorite among families & groups!

You have private access to all areas of Side B with the exception of locked owners' closets.
Other things to note
HipNautic is a duplex home with Side A and Side B being separate rentals. There are separate entrances for each side with private porches for each. The boat dock and kayaks are shared between the two sides.

Please also note that there are no elevators. The living area begins on the second story. You must climb stairs to enter the home.

**MINIMUM STAY DURING PEAK SEASON (JUNE 1 - SEPT 9) IS 7 DAYS SATURDAY TO SATURDAY**

The minimum age to book this property is 25, and the person booking must be one of the guests staying for the duration of the reservation.
