Overall, nice place---was exactly what was described. It was wonderful for us, we could keep our motorcycles under cover and inside a garage. Beds were a little uncomfy--but still nice. Host was receptive and answered every time we reached out. Just FYI--no shampoo, conditioner, bath soaps provided, so make sure you bring some. We are used to most properties having those available, but not a deal breaker! Thank you!

We LOVED this property. It's in the heart of Murrells Inlet very close to restaurants, bars and shopping. The house was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. We felt right at home and will definitely stay again.

Myrtle Beach Bike Week

We really enjoyed the location and having garage access for our motorcycles during bike week! This property was good but could be great with a few tweaks and added accommodations.

The house was a great place for our group. It was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with the essentials (although it would have been nice to have a sponge to hand wash dishes). Locations was great and we were only 15-20 minutes from golf and dining spots.

Perfect place

A group of adult family and friends stayed for the spring bike rally. We absolutely loved everything about this house. Our favorite part was being able to end the night at the bar across the street and walk safely right across the road back to our house. The pizza and wings at the restaurant across the road are killer as well. We can’t wait to stay next May.

Weekend getaway

We had a wonderful time. The rental is in a perfect location for restaurants, shopping and the Marsh Walk. The owner was fabulous with instructions. We accidentally locked ourselves out. I messaged the owner and within seconds she called me and got me into the house. We were very impressed and appreciative.

The property wasn’t ready at check in and the owner next door was not aware we were coming. Very awkward meeting with owners daughter. Not pleased at all with our experience.

Spring Motorcycle Rally 2024

The Modern Escape in Murrells Inlet was the perfect location for my wife and I to enjoy the spring motorcycle rally. It was conveniently located just a couple miles from our favorite rally locations and within walking distance to a wonderful selection of restaurants in the area. It was the very reason we picked this home as our destination when we come across the listing.Unfortunately, we were less than happy with numerous thing’s concerning the home. First the grass was overgrown and obviously hadn’t been attended to in several weeks. The garage was filthy with cobwebs, pollen and various other debris and needed cleaning. Upon entering the home we noticed the cleaning crew had done very little if anything to prepare the home for our stay. It appeared as though the only thing done was placing fresh linen on beds and towels in the bathrooms. The dishwasher was still full of dishes from previous tenants, unsure if they’d been cleaned. If they were they’d obviously not been put away. There were towels left in the dryer that needed to be folded and stored away. Just complete lack of attention to detail. This was my first experience with Evolve and it was less than desirable. I would have to seriously consider whether I would use Evolve again in the future.

Property location is amazing, toiletries were a plus! Everything about my stay was great other than the floors needs to be deep cleaned. Walking inside barefoot made my feet black and there was hair and crumbs all over the steps.
