Walk into peace and relaxation in this Beach Themed Condo. Only a few miles away from Bransons strip and all major attractions. This condo has tons of natural light and spacious living area, separate dining room, huge kitchen with bar space enough to accommodate 4 barstools. Open concept at its finest with a Coffee Bar and all its accessories. Or grab a STARBUCKS to go as there is now one on the property as of 2024!! Step into your master suite that boasts a King sized bed and enjoy a spa bathroom with a jetted tub. Second bedroom has a queen bed and separate bathroom. Walk out into your screened in porch to enjoy the birds chirping and listen to the waterfall pond behind this condo. The local ducks love our condo and will visit often. There is also a pool and playground on site for your convenience to use. If your a family with kiddos our condo is equipped with a high chair, pack n play, and some toys for your stay with us. Our condo is 10 mins from the main strip of Hwy 76. There is also a state park 2 mins up the road for you to put your boat and lake toys into the beautiful Table Rock Lake. We hope your stay is as peaceful and relaxing as possible!

In our error of thinking, a first floor was assumed to be walk in level when only the second floor is walk in. With all three of us using canes and having knee replacements this was an issue but we managed. We would not have knowingly rented with steps. That was the only draw back, but we are wiser and will be more alert to such wording next time.

We were blown away by this place! All the small details in the decor really made this place feel like a relaxing beach house getaway. Everything was clean, the coffee bar was a charming touch, and the closed-in patio was so relaxing. Our daily routine involved having breakfast and coffee on the patio, listening to the sounds of the fountain nearby, and reading before getting ready for our activities for each day. Brooklyn was always available when we needed to contact her, and was overall an amazing host in general. 10/10, we will be coming back!

From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the stunning coastal-inspired dĂ©cor, attention to detail, and welcoming atmosphere. It truly felt like a high-end retreat but with all the comforts of home.The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout was perfect for our family. The space was incredibly clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—down to the smallest detail. The beds were super comfy, and the bathrooms were modern, spacious, and spotless.The family-friendly vibe made this condo extra special. We appreciated the cozy living area, the fully equipped kitchen, and the peaceful patio that gave us time to relax after busy days exploring Branson.The location was also fantastic—quiet and peaceful, yet just a short drive to all the top attractions, shows, restaurants, and the lake. Whether you're looking for relaxation or adventure, this place is the perfect launchpad.We will absolutely be back and are already recommending it to friends and family. Excellent place to stay!

Owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes/utensils. Area was great - quiet with a nice condo pool. Very clean. Close enough to area attractions but far enough to avoid the traffic of downtown Branson. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Only one thing noticed was that the king size bed is two twin mattresses on a king bed frame. But would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great vacation!

Overall an excellent property to stay! Super clean home!! Great location for the things we wanted to do. The host responded promptly to any messages I sent. My only wish for improvement would be an improved selection of pots and pans.

Welcoming Space

This was a great booking for our week+ stay in Branson while visiting family. The condo is so light and airy, such cute decor. Amenities were as needed and extra little touches by the owner made it even more! Definitely would book again if we find ourselves in Branson!

Fall Meets Beach

The condo was beautifully decorated as pictured in photos. Brooklyn was so accommodating and answered any questions we had. Even though the condo’s theme is beach, there were lots of fall decorations. I loved the patio lights. I sat out there every night. We truly enjoyed our stay and would book this same condo again!

Cozy Enjoyable Condo

All of us enjoyed this condo--very cozy and nicely decorated. It was very open and had lots of space. We also liked the screened in porch. Would have preferred a walk-in shower in the master bedroom instead of a jacuzzi. However we plan on renting here again.
